Feels Sturdy and Secure
I could'nt give it 5 Stars overall because until somone tries to cut it , I wont know how secure it really is. Very Heavy Lock but in a good way. I think it will be as secure/sturdy as you can get until somone wants to lift and drive your Motorcycle away in a Van. Mechanism is smooth and easy to open and lock. I think on most Sportbikes with bigger rear or front tires you will have to lock around spokes as it will not go over the wheel and tire. Not a deal breaker for me as it fits perfect over 2 spokes on my rear wheel and will definitely deter or slow down a thief. Good rubber coating to prevent scratches to my rims. Seems to be a well made product. So far I would highly recommend it.

It’s probably one of the best bike locks I can buy, but I have 2 disappointments. First, the cover for the lock to keep moisture out, etc. fell off after 2 uses. Also, you do have to pay for the protection plan for the company to cover the value of your bike if stolen, and that’s even only if the thief leaves the lock. So I paid the amount just for the extra protection, but fingers crossed that if my bike ever does get stolen, the thief is kind enough to leave the cut lock, lol.

Failure or Success?
As you can see, they had a good go at this thing and almost got a free motorcycle. A good Samaritan saw someone trying to cut through this lock with an angle grinder, and called the cops. Cops arrived and caught the baddie! Sure, the bad guy almost cut all the way through, but it took him long enough that people noticed and had time to call the cops. (Add to that the time it took the cops to get there.) I guess all you can hope is that your lock puts up a really good fight, because in the end, if the bad guys want your stuff, they'll take it. Might as well make it hard for them.

Sturdy bike lock
Extremely sturdy & makes me feel more secure about leaving my bike, having just had one stolen. Doesn't come with a mounting bracket however, and it's quite heavy so attaching it to my bike during riding is a challenge.

Indestructible
Super strong and basically indestructible. A key and picking the lock is the only way in and out. Otherwise nothing physical, short of uncarryable industrial tools, can break this. And picking it would take forever anyways. So its a very good deterrent too.

I use this lock to secure the front forks of our two ebikes together. There seems to be no perfect anti theft solution but even the lockpicklawyer on YouTube who reviews all the different types of locks for security, was not able to cut through the lock even with a pneumatic cutting tool. He was able to pick the lock though but with the position I lock the forks up it would be quite difficult to get in position to pick the lock. All that said, this lock is sturdy, strong, and heavy protection, but be wise and don't leave your bike unattended for long periods of time even with this lock, or use a predictable place to lock up your bike.

Really small- likely won't fit a lot of bikes or lock locations
This seems like a good quality lock- heavy, thick, etc. However, the space inside the U for locking objects up is super small. Much smaller than I expected. I did manage to find a way to get it around both my frame and rear wheel but there would be absolutely no space left for an anchor to lock it to. Had to return it unfortunately. I'm going to try their "standard" instead of this mini.

Well made and hard to break or cut through
It is very well made, but the U-braket is not long enough to hook it up to quite a few posts or fences. Needs to be better designed for ebikes that have wider frames, tires etc. to support the heavier components that make up the bike. The lock is very heavy (about 10 lbs.) which maybe a problem for road bikes. For ebikes it's not problem since they have motor assistance. Overall I like this product a lot just wish it came with the option of a longer and wider u-bracket for electric bikes.

Feels like it will be very secure
Unfortunately, with security products, you often only know how secure it really is when it doesn't work. So, I got this for my new ebike, as the insurance required SoldSecure Gold or better, so I decided to go for Diamond, and got this. It's very solid. The downside to that us that it is VERY heavy. Thankfully, I usually ride with panniers, so it can go in there. The lock isn't very big, but it's big enough to go around the bike frame and a bike rack or fence pole. You can't put it through the wheels as well, so I've got a lock cable for that. That means it's relatively easy to pinch a wheel, but not the bike. I don't reckon you could get through this without a noisy angle grinder, which would hopefully be a bit suspicious if the bike's parked in a busy area. My bike hasn't been stolen yet, so that's a good thing

Sturdy quality lock
Bought this lock for the brand's excellent reputation and the 10/10 security rating. Had a treasured bike stolen and figured I would spare no expense in keeping the next bike safe. Lock arrived in simple packaging, just a cardboard sleeve around the lock which has the keys and instructions inside. The packaging is meant to be for a store-display, where the lock is exposed and a potential buyer can physically see it first. However for Amazon, this packaging is a disservice. I found the cardboard was all mangled and dirty and the lock itself already had a few scuffs. This isn't surprising given how heavy it is and considering how it must have been moved around in the warehouse and during shipping. The lock comes with 3 keys on a keyring. 1 has a blue light. The other 2 are identical spare sets. There is an instruction pamphlet for the keys talking about the Key Safe Program, where you register your keys with Kryptonite to assure you could receive a free replacement in the event your keys are lost. There is also information about the Anti-Theft Protection Offer, which Kryptonite is known for. However, be aware that to sign your bike up for the coverage, you need to have your original itemized bill of sale from when you purchased the bike. My current bike I inherited from family who bought it years ago, so unfortunately I won't be able to sign up for it. You must sign up for the plan within 30 days of purchase of the lock. Back to the lock, it does what it's supposed to do. It is snug and ideal for using with just the bike frame and the rack/post it is secured to. Yes, it is heavy, maybe 7-9 LBs. I carry it in a bike pannier rear rack bag. Reason for 4 star rating is because I feel it is priced for what it is. It is a safe, durable lock -- one of the best --but equally you pay a good amount for it too, in my case over $130. So I wouldn't expect any less at that price-point.

If you care about your bike…get this lock!!!
I live in a big city and the thieves around here are terrible! But… No one is stealing this bike now!!! The moment I received this in the mail I knew it was a serious sturdy lock. I like that it’s not too big either. Sure it’s heavy, but if you don’t want your bike stolen you have to invest in a quality lock. Sad but true. Some people may say this is too pricey, but honestly, this lock is crazy good and worth every penny. I have a euro style vintage design bike and it also first perfectly under the seat as I travel. Listen, if you don’t care about your bike, get another lock… if you do care… get this lock!! End of discussion. You won’t be sorry and you will have potential thieves walking away saying “Forgetaboutit!!” ????

D-locks don't get much better than this....
Excellent lock, well worth the money. Superb engineering - this is the smaller version (even more difficult to break open) with a double lock (bar is clamped on both sides) and is supplied with 3 keys. I am actually using mine on a garage gate but I am using another on a bicycle. Heavy and with excellent design.

Tough and Robust - no carrier available - must be carried in a bag or pannier.
Very heavy, excellent reviews. Difficult to transport. Needs just the right size pole or similar to lock the bike frame to it. Can lock rear wheel and frame if nothing is available to secure it to a fixed pole or similar.
