Love this Flosser
This my 2nd Waterpik Power Flosser. I used the other one for nearly 20 years, but it finally "gave up." I'm pretty sure Waterpik doesn't make these anymore, but these flossers & tips are still being sold on Amazon! Because of my small mouth, it's difficult to get string floss all the way back, but this flosser is easy to position. The Power Flosser is perfect if you have slight+ space between most of your teeth, and since it's battery operated, it's easy to travel with. I can't rate the battery life yet (haven't had it more than a couple of months), but the batteries that came with it are surprisingly powerful. If you get it, just make sure you buy as many of the tips as you can afford ASAP. I stocked up last year.

Easy enough to operate, however I'm just not sure it's a good replacement for dental floss. At least with that, you can slide the floss inbetween the teeth easily. According to the instructions, you're supposed to place the flexible tip along the gum line and work it up inbetween, but the teeth are that tight you can't. I'll continue to work with it a few more days, but so far I'm not impressed.

Oh yeah this is really helpful.
Would buy again if it breaks down. So far it's going great for the past 4 weeks. Got braces due to problems with aging slippage of teeth. Had great straight teeth still am told my jaw alignment and teeth are good but it's an age related thing. So find myself in braces. Now I'm a dental flosser and worried about how to maintain my great gums and teeth hygiene for the duration of braces. So trying things that look promising or helpful. This works wonders and helps a lot. Won't do anything for the upper tooth area between them but along the gums between the teeth it's fantastic. You just go right past the braces right to the gum line and space between the teeth. And it cleans. I did find several spots that are sensitive to it. So just go there more gentle or skip it during the more sensitive periods..due to the brace work not this item. I can't work it around my back teeth however in part due to rings set around them for the braces I think. It'll catch on the rings. But it's also difficult to get into that far back area and my last two teeth in the back too..but holding my cheek out with one hand I can get there...just wish it fit better. Again I don't think the item can be blamed for that. I would by it again if it breaks like I said and replace it. Now for one negative observation: The whitening piks don't seem to do anything except cost a bit more. They fit this flosser just fine and interchange either replacement piks in either flosser itself. So I gave them a try and will finish using them but not worth more money. I did think perhaps they were a bit more sturdy and lasted maybe a bit longer than the blue piks do. Otherwise a waste and no taste or sign of anything released by the whitening piks and so no detection they do anything more than the blue ones do. So as to those who have issues with the piks coming out or staying in your teeth and pulling off the flosser....there is a tiny indentation on the top of the pik itself that aligns it with the top of the flosser. I believe if you get that turned upside down in orientation it won't hold onto the flosser end like it should and so give that a try. If you don't follow the directions to a T on how to insert a new pik from the pik holding case this could be what's going on. Also the cheap cardstock that the bubble pack of this machine and the piks come in tears instantly and leaves all directions torn to bits and difficult to read. SOOOOO look for that little indentation..use magnification or readers if need be to see it and put the indentation to the top end of the flosser. I bet it makes up all the difference. Why the sellers of these things can't figure it out is beyond me. But descriptions should explain that and also include directions on how to use the replacement case due to falling apart might help too. A happy consumer with this item but save money and stay with the regular basic blue piks.

Doesn't work as well as floss or a waterpik but it's much easier to use than regular floss and doesn't make a mess like the waterpik does.

A very good product (once you get used to it)
This is seriously great! It's taken a little while for me to get used to using it, but I find it much easier (for most teeth) than manual flossing, and miles (MILES) better than the philips air floss pro. The Battery insertion method was quite hard and took some effort, and I still find it hard to get to my back teeth using this (as the head is quite large) but for the majority of my teeth is made flossing much easier, enjoyable and quicker. Plus the floss heads for it can be bought through subscribe and save on amazon so I dont even have to remember to order more. Fundamentally the head could do with a bit of a redesign (to make it smaller and easier to reach the back of the mouth) but overall this is a great tool, as good as mechanical flossing (which sonicare cant claim) easy to travel with and all at an extremekly good price! I've noticed a real difference in my teeth! I highly reccomend it!

Excellent value, easy to use
Easy to use. This product is a straightforward battery operated toothpick which doesnt use water or have a water reservoir. Its highly effective though..does an equally good job in my opinion & the product lasts a very long time so is very cost effective & if youre looking for a very easy to use product that will suit all ages from very young to very old, then i think this is ideal

Not worth the money.
I already own one of these but found it impossible to find replacement tips. I bought this as it was the only way to get replacement tips, which would normally cost a fraction of the cost of this item. Do Not buy one of these unless you have a source for replacement tips as the ones provided last only a few days. However, It is a very good product if you can get the replacement tips.

I bought the water flosser to replace one that had given up the ghost I use it daily and consider it a necessity. As the price has gone up quite a bit since I bought the last one I didn't give value for money five stars Otherwise I am very satisfied.
