Lasted 2 years
Actually writing this review while sitting in it currently and just pulled the trigger to order a replacement. For the price, if you want to sit in hot water and have bubbles.... This will do the trick. Only thing I miss, but can't expect on this style tub, would be the direct flow jets. But then again I'm not spending thousands. After 2 years of being filled most of the time with the occasional change out of water, I'd say I got my money's worth. The liner is starting to fail... Which given the materials and my full time use could probably be expected. When I bought this one I was reluctant to have another inflatable... especially with the thin wall. I've got dogs and with a previous model, it always managed to develop air leaks early on. Turns out that I haven't had the same issue with this one and I suspect part of that is actually because the thin wall discouraged them from trying to jump on it. Even this model is prone to age though. 4 months ago it developed a leak on the inner liner. I tried to patch it, but below the water line, patch kits just can't hold up. I will say though .. even with the small leak...I can still use it daily as the pressure seems to balance and filled the structure holds up (walls aren't as firm but still enjoyable). What has caused me to replace now is the inner liner reinforcements are starting to peel off and it is probably a matter of time when a seam goes. So...I'm going to grab it again with the current deal...connect the original pump to it and keep the other in the box as a replacement. If I get 2+ years out of the next one ..then the price is still worth it when I consider the price of the next level options and years of service.

Frustrated but like it
I am frustrated because I just had a friend install this today and now there is a coupon for $100. That hurts. I am a single woman with a disabled daughter and if I had waited it would have cost me considerably less.

Great for small spaces
This is my first hot tub. Setup was not too bad, but I did freak out a little when I thought one of the connections was too long. Turns out that's the way it is supposed to be. Connect the long hose first, then connect the other small hose then connect to the larger hose. It went together just fine, even though initially it looked like it would never fit up. The wifi can only be connected to 2.4ghz network, and if your router has 2.4 and 5 ghz with the same ssid, it will not connect. This is pretty typical of many smart home devices, you need to have a dedicated 2.4ghz network name to connect your smart things. I filled it with hot water from the tap to be able to use right away. It took absolutely forever, and I must have accidentally turned the heater on because it was 104 F when I went to use it. Turns out 104 F us way way way too hot for me. Waiting for it to cool down now... There seems to be two settings for the bubbles, and one of them has a horrible high pitch to it so I won't use it. The other bubbles up the hot tub so much that at minimum water setting with nobody in the hot tub it almost splashes out. I didn't dare try it with me in it yet. I'm pretty sure it will splash. The tub definitely should be a few inches taller. I'm impressed with how sturdy it feels. The sides don't feel like an inflatable they're hard like they're solid. The diameter size is perfect for my use. I needed to fit it in a space that's only 10' wide and the other units are just bigger enough to make it inconvenient to walk by it. This turned out to be just the right size. So far so good and definitely worth the money. Edit after 4 days of use: seems like the thermostat setting has a +/- 2 degree tolerance. I'm having difficulty getting it to read over 100 degrees, even when setting it to 102. I also can't figure out how to add the chlorine tablet in the chemical dosing piece that came with the hot tub. Any tips on that would be appreciated! Edit#2: I got used to the 104 temperature. Hot tub seems to be able to hold temperature suprisingly well even with lid off. Turning the bubbles on almost instantly drops the temperature by two degrees. It is possible to use the lower bubble setting with minimal splashing if only one person is in the tub. Temperature is plenty hot either way, since I can only stay allot 15 minutes before it's too much. But wow what a stress relief! I use it almost every day, some days multiple times. For the price it deserves 5 stars so I added a star.

Held up for 18 months
We have a very small space - 6-foot square - so there aren't a lot of choices for a spa. We were excited to find this model, and for the last 18 months, we have largely been satisfied. However, the seals on the liner have failed, so the spa is no longer inflatable. I have read other reviews where this has happened between the 12 and 18 month mark, so I'm thinking this is a design problem and not an usual occurrence. This is probably the deal-breaker for most people - but we are actually considering getting a replacement. The primary reason is that there is virtually nothing else that fits our space. This model also has a design that allows for a thinner wall - and this means the spa is quite roomy given the five-foot diameter. It's comfortable to sit in. It was sturdy - and it looks pretty good. But here are the negatives. Obviously, it failed structurally after 18 months - but in fact, the glue holding the seams was already letting go after a year. I just didn't know it was a structural. It is a relatively thin wall, so keeping it heated generates a significant bump in the electricity bill. And I concur with everyone that the app is ridiculous with the need to enter daily how many hours to heat and how many hours in the future to turn the unit on. So there are all the negatives, but we have really enjoyed using the spa, so we are probably getting another one and giving it all one more try.
