The purchase price and the shipment were just fine. Unfortunately, after unboxing and getting ready to inflate, I noticed that the drain outlet tube under the floor did not reach the drain hose fitting at the outside of the tub. Since it was just the drain issue, I found some tubing at the hardware store and glued it in place. I inflated the tub just fine. I filled it with water from an outside (filtered) spigot. The heater and jets worked well after filling (and waiting for the water to heat up). Yeah!!! Two days later, I saw that the tub had deflated about half way, and water had got into the walls. I tried to contact the manufacturer via phone as I was traveling in my RV at the time, and was leaving my host's home. It seemed they only accepted emails. So, I went through the Amazon return process. In order to box up the tub, I first had to drain the water and deflate it. I had to slice holes in the tub walls to remove the water. I clearly marked where I had made the cuts with a black marker. After boxing the unit and some accessories (I couldn't fit it all back in), I brought it to the nearest UPS drop off location. The UPS store scanned the Amazon return code , put the sticker on the box and gave me a tracking code label. That was a month ago, (June 5th 2021)..... The Amazon return page shows only that a return request was started. I contacted Amazon, through many hoops, just to give them the tracking number so that I could prove I sent the return within the allotted time to do so. I have had no response from either the manufacturer or Amazon at this time of my review (July 15th 2021).

Sweet!

So far so awesome! This one does not come with a pressure gauge so just make sure you dont over inflate. That is generally the issue when it wont hold air so looks like they would have saved themselves some bad reviews if they had added one. The bubbles come out on just the edges if that helps you when deciding on a pad to sit on. Ours is on brick and i got foam gym indoor padding from home depot. 2ft pads for like $18 a pack. 3 packs gave us a double layer and it is super soft and comfy! Sont pay all this then skimp on bottom comfort it is worth it! The bubbles while not a jet do actually go enough to vibrate the skin so it is relaxing and probably stimulating to your lymph system. Love it!

I thought this Aqua Spa was nice for 2 1/2 months until the plug stopped working!!!! WOW. Not only that but there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE VENDOR!!! Amazon has no vendor phone number or email contact in the app or by phone —- you’re left to find your own way! Amazon should check into WHY Aqua Spa is so elusive in being contacted for support!

need a better top cover

this hottub is unlike my old one as there is noting to be comfortable while sitting in it. Also, the top cover is like a thin plastic tarp and has hooks that helps keep it on it on and they are really hard to fasten.

Deflated immediately

Got our tub yesterday - inflated it, filled it with water and turned the heater on and let it heat over night. Next morning - the tub had deflated to the point that it shut the heater off because the water dropped below the min line. Re-inflated - did the same thing. They are sending a replacement that will arrive in 3 weeks. Ugh. Also, This comfortably fits 2 people... if you try 4-5, you'll be sitting with your knees under your chin. I'm giving two stars instead of 1 because hopefully the replacement will be better and it did heat up overnight pretty well before the tub deflated.

Easiest to set up

I have had a half dozen portables over the last 15 years. This by far was the easiest to set up. Have yet to use it but it looks like a winner, but I do not know. IT usually is the following year that issues arise with portables.

Few things missing

It was missing the directions for it and the child lock for the cover was missing .
