Honestly, I don't think you'll find a better deal in this type of hot tub. It heated up in about 8 hours and then---those lights! THere's nothing like sitting around on a starry night, with light colors fading from yellow green blue purple red orange, drinking whatever from a floating bar (sold separately)...with your special babe. The lights really set this one apart. Throw in some bluetooth music...that's more sensations than I can handle. Mind blown. Sessual overload! Some complaints: I had a light failure early on, then the control board malfunctioned. Customer service resolved both of these quickly. The manual could use some work, especially on how to install the lights. Anyway, I eventually worked it out. The website makes it difficult to find the product. You can find it by searching the product number. Otherwise it doesn't show up. Update: After about 6 months, the strapping that is used for the pool handles and to hold the cover on has shown noticeable deterioration, and has broken in a couple of instances. Obviously the strapping was not UV-resistant. This is something the manufacturer should resolve. I just want to thank their customer service for resolving these few quirks. Would order again.

Heating Element never worked for me

I’m sure I just got a defective product, but unfortunately the heating element did not work for me. Left it at max heat all day and barely budged a few degrees from room temperature. Nonetheless, the bubbles was nice and the set up was easy. I had to do the return, but I’ll likely buy another one in the future, and hopefully it’ll work next time.

Issues associated with its installtions

The inflatable hot tub =, SLSP4RND, was not as easy to setup as advertised. The difficult rests within three areas. First, step 11 for inflating the tub displayed a picture for SLAPA4SQA, not SLSP4RND. The control panel for SLSP4RND is completely different from the control panel pictured in the display. There is no inflate/air jets on the SAAP4RND control panel. This created a dilemma because I didn’t know which button to push. So, I called the manufacturer twice and was told that someone would contact me via email. I couldn’t wait for 24 hours; therefore, I started experimenting and discovered that the bubble button would inflate the device. This should have been a part of the manual instructions. The second issue dealt with safety lock clips. Once engaged, I had great difficulty releasing one of the clips in spite of my multiple attempts to release the clip using the locking key. Finally, I had to relinquish my attempt and remove the strap from the clip in order to remove the cover. The third issue was with the LED lights. There were no instructions on which side faces up and which side faces down! I would highly recommend that the company re-write the installation manual and address the issues I identified.

Great hot tub

This is a great hot tub, easy to set up even though the manual is for different hot tubs, but you get the idea once you keep reading and then you'll see is instructions for not just one type of hot tub, I love the lights but sadly it didn't work only a quarter is on, so I went to their website and submitted my proof of purchase and I was told I will get another set of lights, so that's great, just waiting on it, and the bubbles omg so many it embraces you and feels like a super relaxing massage, it does take a while to heat up (about 24 to 48 hours) but once is hot it stays, it comes with everything, filters, cover, mat for the floor, is very complete, sturdy, I was looking for a hot tub for a while and this is super nice. You do sit on the floor but it feels padded, so is actually completely comfortable, there is a pad on the bottom that feels soft and cushioning. Is been a about 5 months we have this hot tub and is so nice, specially after a day of work or pain in the joints or my back or hips (I work sitting on a desk for several hours) this is just a great help to sooth my body aches. UPDATE: I received my light replacement and they work, finally!! UPDATE: My last lights stopped working and I JUST GOT A NEW REPLACEMENT- THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT!!!

LOVE IT!

100% recommend! I had this in my cart for months and contemplated if it would be worth it, then finally pulled the trigger and I’m glad I did! Easy to set up. I set it up by myself in about 30 minutes. Took a few days to warm up, but it’s winter in Northern California so that’s understandable. Only negatives: still trying to figure out the chemicals, which is a me problem. And, the bubbles are pretty loud and drop the temp pretty quickly.

Trop contente Jets, couvert, lumière Tout ça pour ce prix.....wow!!!........ Ça c'est ce que j'avais écrit quand je l'ai reçu...... Toutefois, après quelques semaines d'utilisation seulement, le plastique s'est mis à fissurer près des trous à air, dans des parties plus faibles....ça fait trois trous déjà, vraiment déçue de la qualité...????

Worked great for 1 night! Now won’t heat!!!

Only heated for one night, now we are trying to troubleshoot to get water to heat! After contacting customer support about our problem-they tried to troubleshoot our problem’s. When this didn’t work out they reimbursed us and sent us a new product in a week at no cost to us! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Love my little tub

The media could not be loaded. Really happy with my new purchase of the Serene Life portable hot tub. It goes to a temperature of 104 which is great. It will go down a few points when you get in so best to keep it up high. The temperature will keep well if the jets are not on. (I must add that we also bought 1/2 foam for underneath it which I think is a critical thing to help keep temperature as just on the cement would cool it down I’m sure. ) also the LIGHTS are one of the BEST features as well. The ambience the lighting provides is remarkable and so calming. I just don’t think the experience would be as good without the lights. (Keep in mind that when setting the lights up they go underneath the tub and outside of it! So make sure to do this BEFORE you put water in it!!) another thing to keep I’m mind is that this is Not a full size high powered expensive hot tub, so keeping expectations in check helps you appreciate this special portable blow up tub. I’m SUPER happy with it because it was just what I needed. It’s small and relaxing and what a great price ! Also I would add that while you could get 4x people in it, I think you’d have to be super comfortable with those people as you’d all be touching each others legs likely. I find it’s spacious for 2, but have yet to try it for 4. Also it seems deep enough to enjoy. I’m 5 foot 6 and my husband is 6 foot and it seems that the water comes to a good height for us both. Well hope this info helps you with your decision.
