Adjustable and adaptable.
I bought these as my father transitioned to a wheelchair from using a walker. He did not want a ramp at his house. As he went through chemo and became weaker, I saw these and thought how great in case he was too tired to walk into the house. He has one step onto landing then I would put them on the landing into the last step in the house. It took some maneuvering and figuring out, but worth it when getting him into the house. I thought these were great because the side guards prevent a possible mishap of coming off the ramp before we got up to the step - my biggest fear. Thanks for creating these.

Works but you have to be careful
The Ramps have to be space perfectly. When you have wheelchair with wheels that swivel, don't backup. I made a template to help set up the ramps at the right distance apart. I also use a rug with nonslip backing when setting up on a tile or linoleum floor.

This ramp works for me on 2 to 3 steps
I do have to remove anti tipping wheel attachment to use

Alignment Issues; not returnable
Each of my two adult sons tried this product with me, their mother, as the passenger, and each concluded that it did not save them any time. The alignment was not very good between front and back wheels; they both ended up tipping the chair back on the large wheels only. However, it might be useful for a person who cannot tip the chair in this way, provided they can align the wheels well enough. It's pretty sturdy and comes with a nice nylon bag. BUYER BEWARE: Product cannot be returned.

Lightweight . . .
These ramps are easy to use and come in a zippered case, they are adjustable as well. I used them for the first time today to get my wheelchair bound son into my house. He does have some strength in his legs and helped to push up the ramp, with that assistance, I was able to get him into the house by myself. I do believe that it would be useful to have a second pair of hands, especially if the person in the wheelchair is not able to assist.

Handy Convenient Pair of Ramps but are a bit to narrow for Wheelchairs with the Large Side Wheels.
This is a very convenient pair of ramps that work great but we haven't managed to use a wheelchair that have the large side wheels to line up properly to successfully use the ramps with that type of chair. We are using a chair that have only smaller wheels all the way around because there was no getting the ramps exact to have the chair successfully get up and down the ramps. I believe that we wiil eventually be able to use the chair with the large side wheels after we get the spacing exact before a wider set of wheels can maneuver on this set. All wheels apparently on this type of chair will have to run very close to the edge of the sides of the ramp to get it to work. I love the fact is has a carrying bag and is nothing to store the set when we get done using them. This really helped my husband out to get another ramp and not have someone make one so he can get in and out of our extra room that requires a step down into the room. He doesn't have the mobility to get into the room without this ramp. If you are about to purchase this set of ramps I suggest measuring the width of the wheels to make sure they are wide enough for you purpose. I appreciate the guard rails along the sides but can make this difficult if the wheels on your wheelchair are wider than the guard rails allow...but is a must have to make sure that a wheels don't cause an accident by them going off the path of the ramp but restrict how wide the wheels can be . (It may have worked better if I took the chair down backwards because only the large wheel has to start the journey down the ramp and the others will end up aligning themselves as it goes. ) I still feel this is a great purchase and can be a savior if you depend on wheelchairs for mobility! I have given this item a 4 rating just because of the ramp not holding a large wheel chair. If I find out that it will work better by tweeking the way I've tried it I would give it 5 stars. I will change this should I find out that it is workable.

Damaged on arrival
I was so excited for this to arrive for travel over Memorial weekend. Sadly, when opened, one of the ramps opened just fine, but the other wouldn't extend as the release button was bent, making it unusable. The cloth case that it was sent in has a nylon zipper that is split and won't recover and hold. Manufacturer- if you're going to make something so cheap, don't bother. I would have rather not been pleased that this came with a storage bag, than to have something so cheap that it doesn't even hold up to taking it out of the box it came in. This manufactures website gives you no option to send a comment about the product and to request a replacement. I'm thankful Amazon refunded the cost, now, debating on whether to reorder. The ramps seem sturdy enough for the task at hand, but feeling a bit gun shy.

Bon achat

Great ramps but had to return purchase
Firstly, number "one" in description is confusing -- product is a "pair of ramps" - not one. Also, width in specs is 7". Measured underside of ramp is 6.75". Useful width for wheels is only 4" because of curb on each side. Wheel alignment of wheelchair (front and large wheels on some chairs are not in straight path) so navigating ramp is tricky. Requires an adjustable arm top & bottom of ramps to keep width of both ramps secure and constant. However, product is sturdy, well-made, very portable, neat and useful carry bag to attach to wheelchair - a great idea but in my case not practical, thus the need to return it. Prompt delivery and efficient transaction in both directions.

Cant use these
Not super sturdy and a lot more difficult to use then I thought. Unfortunately I would not recommend spending $250 on these. The idea is great but the engineering of the ramps themselves is not quite up to par. Unfortunately we are not able to use the ramps at all. In places that we though they might work it didn't. The snow will make it even more difficult to use at all. I have not been able to use the ramps to date. They are for a very slight incline at best. Also tried to return the product but was unable to do so. Frustrating.
