My Go To Vacuum
I use this every day! Nice long cord that covers my whole upstairs. I have all hardwood upstairs and several cats. This vac does a great job and gets up hair, cat litter and dust. Not heavy at all. I zip through the house and I am done. Normally the cats hate it when I vacuum because of the noise. This vac is not that loud and it does not seem to scare or bother the cats. Works great.

No instructions on how to use the additional adaptor for the paper bags
NO instructions as to how to use the paper bag adaptor. I returned the product and later found out the cloth bag is NOT used as a line when the adaptor is added. God product but no instructions for use with the optional paper bag adaptor. Amazon was very good with the return.

Great vacuum
I bought this months ago. It is a really good vacuum cleaner. But, here it is Easter Sunday and I’m cleaning an office and I had to stop to write this. The cord on this thing is long. That’s great! But, it twists like a MOTHER. By the time I’m done using it , the cord is SO TWISTED it takes a good 10 minutes and way too much struggle to untwist the BIOTCH to put the damned thing away. It’s a Royal PITA.

Suctioning
I been working with these vacuums for years now. I done purchased about 5 of them. I love them and it makes my job a lot easier. When I first receive my vacuum the suctioning is great. Over time I feel the suctioning isn’t as powerful. I also feel like I’m having to replace the hoses more often as well.

Easy to Use!
IT SUCKS! Sucks up dog hair and anything else I need cleaned! It is light enough and the extra long power cord gives you plenty of distance to cover when you have to clean a whole house! I am enjoying how easy it is to use. I don't believe I will need ALL the attachments they send with it, but I will sure give it a run for the money :)

I am in love!
This vacuum cleaner rivals the much regretted Hoover Constellation. It has incredible suction, which is probably due to the lack of HEPA filter; HEPA filters are only useful in laboratories and hospital settings, in a normal setting after 5 minutes suction is greatly diminished - the brush attachment will hold to my clothes by suction alone. The dust bag is washable. I turn mine completely inside out because the gasket holding the bag is actually rubber, not silicone, which means there is little chance of it breaking under normal use. I squeeze the bag in a clean rag to remove excess moisture and reinsert in my vacuum cleaner 2 seconds later with the airflow it is completely dry. It is easy to add and remove attachments using one hand. People have mentioned that it is difficult to remove attachments, it is quite likely because they are trying to pry the coupling up rather than pushing down on the ridges in order to lift it. On the downside Hoover has a coupling for hoses and attachments which makes it very difficult if not impossible to use attachments and hoses which were made for other machines. For the attachments I use a attachment adapter which will reduce other attachments to the correct size, it doesn't matter that they do not click into the coupling because they hold to the vacuum by suction alone. I am still looking for a compatible hose of the proper diameter which would be quite a bit longer, I find that working in tight spaces using the attachment extension wands is not practical. This machine is incredibly sturdy - it was designed for commercial use - it shows. The housing is made of polycarbonate resin - think mid-century Bell telephone - I have dropped mine a couple of times, from heights. Short hose. No cracks. No breakage. I am dealing with a major caterpillar infestation and I have used this machine Non-Stop without turning it off for close to 4 hours, the motor was still barely warm. This vacuum has a thirty-four (34) foot power cord which is an incredible bonus if like me, you happen to live in a dwelling which doesn't have very many electrical outlets. I highly recommend this machine even though I have found the people at Hoover to be less than polite. The reason that I removed one star is only because of the very short suction hose.

Cleaning company approved!
This is the most portable/compact vacuum on the market that is worth the money. However... those straps, do something about those damn straps and you'd get a perfect score. the loop that the shoulder strap has WILL undo itself and your vacuum WILL fall to the floor in a very loud thud (wood floors will damage from this impact) the plastic strap you have for the cord-wrap is absolute garbage and falls off consistently, invest in Velcro technology.

Okay but not the best
I didn't find it all that comfortable to use. The suction only works if the bag is emptied frequently. I found the cord useful as you can plug it on side of apartment and vacuum the whole place without unplugging it. But I also found the plug a nuisance as it tangles very easily and no matter how hard you try to unravel it the cord still curls up. The attachments are cheap (the floor and rug one to be exact) the other ones are pretty sturdy. Not bad for the price and easy to store but not something I would buy again in the future.

Doesn't work on carpet at all.
Don't buy. Strap broke in less than 2 hrs, carpet part doesn't work at all nor does the switch in it do anything but move righ/left. I was so excited to get this vacuum that I went an extra 40 min home between jobs to get it and it was broken before the end of the first one. So disappointing. It has been still less than 2 hrs and I already want to return this.
