Happy with it
People complained about not doing throw rugs but right by your hand is an airflow adjustment for all floors and it works well when open for my throw rugs. I wish the adjustment lever were tighter because sometimes is opens when I have it closed and my hand pushes it. Also on the roller head is a clip, push it and the underside lifts for carpets. Someone complained that the metal section comes off, well I can't see how that can happen if you lock it into place. The vac is perfect for people with long hair, no rollers and brush to get hair wound on. It is light but I wish the attached crevice brush tool was removable to place on the end of the longer pipe to clean my bath vents. The only thing I don't like is it needs another tool for upholstery and the pipe alone is difficult for ceiling spider webs the pipe would scratch the paint, the included tool is just not right for ceilings it needs a brush but maybe I can find one. It is easy to use, love the cord rewind, easy to pull the tank off and easy to empty it. The tool included does swivel all the way round so it worked flat under the bed.

Great little vacuum
I have been looking for about a year for another vacuum cleaner. I have a very nice Hoover Windtunnel upright and it does a great job, but I bought it when I had carpeting throughout the house. Since hardwood floors arrived and I only have one bedroom with carpet (keeps the noise down) it is not as enjoyable to vacuum the entire house with a larger and heavier vacuum. So my search finally decided on the Eureka NEN110A Whirlwind Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner and I am glad I did. It arrived yesterday after ordering it only Friday, thanks Amazon. Needless to say, I had to take it for a spin. Here is what I can report for the newly arrived. 1. It is pretty. Yes, pretty; I don't like ugly appliances. All the bells and whistles are great, but if the unit is ugly, then I don't want it. You know what I am talking about, you seen other vacuum cleaners that look like they jumped out of a 1950 sci-fi movie. Hello, the commercial vacuum that is short, round and has eye's painted on it, or the Shark Apex or the Shark DuoClean Powered Lift Away Speed Vacuum that looks like a tower that could easily fall over, or almost all Oreck. Oh yes, I know this may step on a toe or toe, but sometimes the truth is ugly and hey, this is my review. But this unit is good looking, racey, futuristic even, and I love the color blue they made it in. 2. Power - plenty of suction power. As a matter of fact I had to adjust back the vacuum power using the handy built in suction adjustment on the hand. No problem with suction power. 3. Ease of use - this is were it really shines. It is around 8 pounds so it is quick and easy to maneuver all over the house. Easy to get down under furniture as the head swivels around, turning and twisting your floors clean. The dust cup is small, but so is the vacuum cleaner, but it is easy to pop out and dump, snap closed and your ready to go. I hate when people whine about having to empty the canister so often, seriously, why do you want to leave all that dirt in the vacuum for days. It even easily rolls over its own power cord. My Kenmore canister that weighed over 20 pounds couldn't even roll over its own cord, it would get stuck and I would have to lift it. 4. The built into the wand brush and crevice tool worked really well also. The wand, the handles plug securely into each other and the vacuum with a nice little snap. Easy to undo also. The auto-rewind on the unit is great too, a nice feature at this price point. The power cord is 16 feet, but if it was possible to have another five feet would be awesome, but I am not complaining, I just unplug and move to another area and plug into a different outlet that is closer to the work area, after all our houses come with multiple outlets. 5. Lifespan, this is always the unknown, but the unit has a one year manufacturer warranty and I purchased 3 more years under the Assurance plan. So I feel I am covered. Time will tell and I'll update these comments if something goes wrong and also if the unit keeps working just fine.

Suction Power ++++++
This machine is everything I needed and more. I was initially looking for a cordless stick vacuum but after ordering a couple with great reviews and which I had to return due to not living up to my expectations; I decided to get this one, which would replace an old Kenmore which was pretty good but too old and broken, and boy was I happy I gave it a chance! This machine is a beast, you can actually feel it sucking up anything on the floor, carpet or furniture. Cleaning it is quick and easy and you can even rinse/wash the filter and container where the filter sits. This machine is also much cheaper than the ones I tried before and definitely more superior in quality. Love it!!!

Works great!
I can't find anything bad about it for the price! I wanted something for cat hair on wood floors. It sucks it right up and I can get under things like the couches! I only gave it four star because the head looks of lower quality, but it works great . If it had a beater bar the cat hair would build up on it? I have a Persian and she sheds a lot of hair! I don't know why I didn't look at these sooner! I only have a few scatter rugs but it works on them also..strong suction though though.. The cord is fine, it holds more dust then I thought it would, you only open one snap on the bottom to empty it. You do not have too take the filter out? I would buy this again! I'll update this if it breaks !

Great price point, average quality
This vacuum was very inexpensive, and of average overall quality. It has some convenient features like the telescoping metal handle, bagless dirt reservoir and washable filters. This model also comes with an extra filter. The foot operated controls for power, cord release and carpet/hard floors are convenient. Suction is strong and provides good cleaning power. The downside is that the plastic components seem a little flimsy. The clip that is intended to hold the cleaning wand upright when not in use could be sturdier and the telescoping metal wand flexes and moves some during use. Overall, not a bad canister vac for the money for light residential use. It’s no Meile, buts it’s also a fifth of the cost.

Absolutely just what I was looking for
Perfect little vacuum for my son. He has a 1,400 sq ft place w/minimum carpeting; at least 98% LVP. This vacuum is perfect for him. Light, easy to use and maneuver with ease, not at all loud like some. Love the washable filter and ease of emptying collection canister! Great suction as well, more then I thought it would have. Has a place on the back to store the detachable wand. Genius how the handle has the little brush built in to vacuum upholstery and small jobs, slide it back up to attach the wand again. No parts to lose. Auto retract cord works great. Love how it can be pulled around on wheels or light weight enough to be picked up as you go along. Rake setting for rugs works well. No power brushes on head, but perfect for his needs. Great value! Speedy delivery.

It's very portable !
Works great.....decent suction and easy to move or carry. The cord is long, but never long enough, so you have to unplug and re-plug if you are in a big area. Overall it's a good product !

Love it
We bought this to replace our old Dyson canister and I am so glad we did. We have laminate flooring throw out the house and it does an excellent job of picking all manner of stuff (we have two dogs and a three year old), it is great at cleaning the pet hair off the couch or bed, did an excellent job on the rug by the front door and I absolutely love the built in attachments. The cord length is perfect for our home, 1400sq feet, so I don’t need to change outlets at all, but I could see needing to do so for a bigger home. I love that it is light weight because it makes taking up and downstairs much easier than our old one. The canister is small in comparison to our Dyson, however this is not an issue for us as it is simple to empty and keep on going. Definitely a great little vacuum for the price!

I don't regret it!
Bought it last December because I was tired of my broom and my back was screaming to buy one. The last vacuum I bought was a total flop beside the prestigious name and humongous price so this time I took the time to read reviews and do some research for the real reason we need one here. We don't have carpet it's mainly ceramic and hard woods floors, but we have a bunny. So I ended my choice on this model and boy I'm glad I did!! This bad boy have succion and it's so easy to move around the house to clean. No need to pass twice, super easy to empty & clean the canister. You can easily go under any furniture without having to move them. Even my youngest can easily use it. I'm super satisfied and from now on I'm a Eureka family member

Best suck for the buck!
I ve read tons of reviews from the cheapest units to the most expensive units. I've read review from 50 bucks to 500 bucks. Everyone complains about either one. You have people saying the 50 dollar vacuum was garbage and don not buy.. then you'll have reviews with Dyson and the like. (these 500 dollar vacuums), saying.. Stay Away..Do Not Buy...and how they broke, they don't suck, they don't do this and that etc etc etc... So in the end.. I planted myself n this little beast.. 13,000!!!!! SALES...Amazing postie reviews.. But really. people have to buy these things with the mindset that they're not going to clean up a reception halls with it, for 25 years. Look.. this little thing puts to SHAME the Dirt Devil small unit I had..SHAME!!! And guess what The DD worked well.. It vacuumed up stuff...it didn't wash my car or pour me coffee.. but it worked.. was it chaep ya.. This Eureka beast.. for its size and price --is completely awesome, more buck for the suck than anything you ll need. I doubt the logic reason to need to buy a 500 bag-less vacuum when this thing does the same thing as those expensive ones. It is powerful.. I removed the wand to clean around a small table.. and then some crumbs off the plate..the suction lifted my heavy ceramic plate from the table.. I'm talking about a full size ceramic old school plate, (not IKEA plates) That is powerful!!!..Suction is there, I find the hand grip a little heavy but then again.. you don't want flimsy built stuff either. I love the metal wand, and the floor head unit SNAPS or CLICKS into place.. not just pushed in.. This unit seems top shelf and for doing a basement and small office ... it is more than enough!

Decent buy for the price
This is probably a good buy based on it's suction performance and it's ease of use and cleaning and maintenance. Actually, there is no additional maintenance cost which makes this product a very appealing buy. I'd definitely recommend it to almost everyone except those of you who live with pets because then you will need to upgrade your vacuum gear.
