Arrived a little weird...

Let me start off by saying the product does make cutting 2 inch circles a lot easier and it's not broken or anything. It just arrived in a way that has me confused? The top tab was ripped as when it was in the bag and I took it out to look at it. Not a big deal. But then I take it out of the packaging to test the cutting and it WORKS, but the paper got wet on the edges? With something thicker than water like oil or something? And I can see it on the thing. Not sure if it's like a necessary lubricant or something. So I recommend getting it for ease and price, but know that it might come in a slightly odd condition????

Works well enough

I got this for a project I was working on. I kind of wish I would have just save the cost of this and cut the circles out with my Cricut needed. For Fiskars brand, I expected a little better quality. The lubricant was everywhere on the device. It made it a pain to clean up and oily. It left some of the lubricant on the first handful of cuts as well. Overall, it ended up getting the job done.

Does not work with Vinyl sticker sheets

The product is very sturdy and works well on paper, but it does not work with cutting out vinyl stickers. It doesn't cut all the way through by the handle and tears the stickers. It works fine on regular paper though.

It’s smaller than I thought

This product is smaller than advertised and package was already open and item was also used not new, it doesn’t cut all the way through.

I purchased this item “Used”

I’m pretty sure that whoever originally purchased this used it for their project, then returned it. It had marks all over it, the blade was dull and it took a lot of effort to use. I was cutting several layers of light-weight paper and actually wound up putting a sheet of 20lb bond on top and bottom of my layers for some stability. While that helped somewhat, it still wouldn’t go straight through without a lot of effort and left a lot of ragged edges. Fortunately, I had a good supply of paper and was able to get what I needed out if it. ***While I have taken advantage of the “Used” deals before and since, this is the only time I wasn’t satisfied with the used product. I did consider returning it; but chose not to because I did manage to get through my project, and I didn’t want it to be resold to someone else to deal with!

Excellent Paper Craft Tool For the Price

I bought this after seeing it used on a website to make Christmas tree ornaments from old greeting cards. Though you are limited to one task and one size per tool, the Fiskars name does mean quality. I was amazed at the ease of using the tool. The squeeze handle is not difficult at all and I can see why it is award winning - those with arthritis will have no trouble using it. It does seem a bit big and clunky at first, but you will appreciate that when you start crafting. You can easily see the punch before making it, so you know exactly where the pattern on the paper will be and you can make adjustments. And the punched circle pops out on its own with a clean cut every time. I punched about sixty circles the first try and not one got stuck or jammed, and there were clean and precises edges every time. I love the accuracy and ease and will definitely be investing in other different sized punches that are available. I would highly recommend this for classrooms or for others who do paper crafts.

Really nice punch. The cut is clean and it's really easy to use. You need to use it on cardstock or thicker paper (in brief, no regular sheet or it can damage it). It's a little heavy in the hand.

One Punch, Two Punch

Fantastic design and fantastic quality. Works exactly as I expected - I have the medium size, so I pretty much knew what I was getting. Very easy to punch through materials and creates a very circular shape. It's awesome that you can see exactly where on your paper you are going to be punching through.
