Easy DIY fix.
I had problem with my well loosing prime and was planning to pay the well guy to come look at it until a friend told me about this part. Sure enough it was leaking. A simple replacement and no more problems.

Great for simple, inexpensive and elegant Toyota 3VZE fuel pressure test point
This does exactly what I wanted it to do. I bought it along with a Russell 640700 take-off banjo bolt(M12x1.25), to build a fuel pressure gauge adapter for my 1994 4Runner(V6). It can be installed and removed with minimal trouble, but it doesn't get in the way and has not leaked so I will most likely just leave it. I should note that I also bought the brass 90deg street elbow in case I ran into clearance issues, but did not need it - just the bolt and valve are required as long as your FP gauge kit includes a bit of hose. I had wanted to verify fuel pressure after a complete engine overhaul, just for the sake of circumspection, but the EFI system Toyota used at the time did not include a service port like more modern systems have and I had to make my own solution. First assemble the adapter: the take-off banjo bolt has 1/8" NPT female threads in its head, and the metals should seal to each other because of the tapered thread, so I just used red Loctite to ensure they won't vibrate apart over time). Then, remove the banjo bolt on the outside of the driver-side fuel rail(plan to catch the fuel that will leak out with a shop rag, not much else will fit in that space), replace with your adapter and the metal O-rings which came with the banjo bolt and snug it down. You should not have to remove the throttle body or any coolant lines Key-on(I shorted the appropriate diagnostic-connector terminals to power the fuel pump in Run without turning to Start, see the factory service manuals freely available online) to test for leaks, then attach your fuel pressure gauge and take readings. Easy and effective, and as I said it's completely unobtrusive and will probably be fine to leave in place permanently.

Very useful shrader valve fitting. Easy to add to almost any tank or bottle.
I bought this because I wanted to add a compressed air valve to a pump-up sprayer I converted to use as a motor oil priming pump for priming the bearing surfaces in newly rebuilt and long-unused motors.. There's no danger of bursting as these sprayer bottles now all have overpressure relief valves on them. While manual pumping works, compressed air just makes the job easier and quicker. Because the threads are 1/8th male iron pipe thread (IPT), A set of appropriately sized stainless washers and an o-ring sealed well, and a standard brass electrical 1/8th inch IPT nut (commonly used to hold together table lamps) fit and tightened everything together nicely.

Use extra tape to seal.
I use this in on an air tank after it's electric pump failed. Removed the motor and install this into the inlet of the tank. Had to use extra tape to seal the leak from the thread. Then it works.
