Works great, more effective neck workout in the routine!

Works great for gradual consistent neck strengthening in workouts. There's a little learning curve to actually attaching the weights to the chain, I'd recommend using the help of a flat bench to lay the weights on - don't try to just hold them with one hand and use the other to attach the 2nd end of the chain to this harness. Be gentle on your neck too, don't overdue it! I mostly have used this for lifting weights in the ranges of 3-4 sets of 12 for the neck with plenty of recovery.

Great Neck Developer

It has been a few years since I've used one of these, but I've wanted to start training with it again. As a former wrestler, I've always had a fairly strong neck. However, after years of not training, I'm feeling less satisfied with the strength-look of my neck. This is an excellent device to start retraining those muscles with added resistance. I've still done body weight and flexibility exercises over the years, so using this will be an added benefit to my routine for really building up some neck size. There is decent padding to this, but it is a bit difficult to really tighten it to my preference. It won't fall off, but I can't tighten it to a more comfortable/fixed feel. I can still maintain regular motion and exercises with this, so it's not a major issue but just a personal preference. Overall, this has a mostly good feel to it and will be a great addition to any neck exercise routine!

Wish I could get it just a little tighter, well constructed otherwise

Haven't used one of these since I boxed decades ago -- having a strong neck (and chin!) was vital, and so I regularly used this type of neck-strengthening equipment. Although I don't box any more, even today my workouts could definitely use some neck work in the mix as well. I don't have a huge head, but not a tiny skinny head either, and yet I can't seem to cinch this down as tightly as I would like to. It's not falling-off loose, but if I could get another 3/4" to 1", it'd be perfect. Only reason I'm deducting 1 star. Otherwise, it's well constructed, and the chain and carabiners, while not the most robust I've ever seen, are plenty adequate for what most (if not all) common people would be lifting by their neck.

Good for neck exercise

I have never seen these before. Thought this would be good to help my head, neck, and shoulders. I don’t think I can add extra weight because it will be too heavy. But for stretching this has really helped. I will watch some videos to see how this can be used more.

Fits comfortably

This is a neat piece of equipment. I'm not going to overdo it with weights, just want to build a little neck exercise into my routine. The harness fit well which surprised me. Functionally, it's all fine. I don't want to be nit picky but it out-gassed a little. Is that useful information? I guess it's not a big deal considering the price is fair.

Old School Neck Training

This is a nice and affordable piece of equipment that likely functions exactly as you imagine it does. It's neither super comfortable, not super secure. It works based on gravity, which can be challenging. There are fancier, and more expensive neck training options out there. This is old school. It works. You put a plate or two on it, similar to a dip belt. Technically it can be connected other other equipment, such as cables or lever arms. However it is not designed for that, and considering that the other end is connected to your neck, it should be used only with free weights, and only weights that you can control without risking injury. Lift safely.

An affordable neck harness that actually works

I have another neck harness for weights that costs more, but it's very uncomfortable to use. It's too loose and can't be properly adjusted to be more snug. I'm 6' 2", 170 pounds, so I don't think it's because I'm a tiny person. But, this Yes4All neck harness can be adjusted for a nice, snug fit. It's not slopping around. Not grinding off what little hair I have left. And it hangs the weight in proper alignment for me to get a solid, controlled neck workout. I've picked up various exercise pieces from this company over the last few years, have always been impressed with the quality to price ratio, and this neck harness is no exception. 5 stars! A $15.00 neck harness should not be this good, but it is.
