Serves the purpose
The ruler arrived promptly. The 1/16ths are small but it gas to be. This will serve my purpose.

Nice quality
Easy to read. And its not clear makes it easy to find on a craft desk.

Almost perfect
This ruler packs a lot of info into a small space without seeming cramped and it lives up to the claim of being easy to read. The colors make it easy to focus on just inches or just metric. On the inches side, it's awesome that they managed to squeeze in the numbers for the 16ths - this makes it a lot easier for me to avoid mistakes. (There's even one inch at the end that's numbered in 32nds.) Also, because the numbers grow in size with the larger fraction, it makes it easier to pick out just how accurate you want to measure. The white isn't especially bright but the matte finish help to remove reflections. The plastic itself is fairly stiff and can be bent about 1.5". The only real drawback is that like most plastic rulers, it doesn't start at 0", so you have to line everything up with the 0 mark. On the metal ruler, it starts at 0 but the edges are a bit sharp (easy fix with a file). Also, the metal ruler has cork on the bottom which lifts the metal ruler about 1mm off the item being measure which could introduce some marking errors.

Markings are on a sticker that isn't perfectly applied
Measure is a little inaccurate, since the markings are on a sticker; doesn't agree with other rulers, but it works for my son's homework, for a straight edge, and for comparing inches/imperial to metric/cm.

Good concept, quality could be better
Contrast of text / printing against background could be better, though it does make sense that it's more of a matte texture to avoid reflections. Essentially a sticker on clear plastic ruler - sticker not precisely aligned. Too bad not printed directly on the ruler itself.

Great ruler
I love this ruler for small measurements. I was so glad to find it,

Great concept. Poor execution.
The concept of this ruler is very imaginative. Not only are there hash marks at 1/16th inch intervals but they are all clearly marked and make reading the measurement a breeze. Additionally, the ruler has metric which is also exceedingly easy to read. Unlike some rulers that have standard measurements going one direction and metric going the opposite direction, this ruler has standard and metric going the same direction. The benefit is you can use either scale and quickly make conversions. I had a lot of hope for this ruler and hope the manufacture will make some modifications to make it a viable tool. But as received by me, the ruler is unacceptable. First, the zero hash mark is 2mm from the beginning of the ruler which is NOT the way it is pictured on Amazon. You can not butt the end of the ruler up to an item you are measuring and get an accurate reading. Of course, you could always remember to deduct 2mm from any reading you get but why should a consumer be made to jump through hoops because a manufacturer failed to think things through. Of equal significance is the build quality, or should I say lack thereof. When I received my ruler the "overlay" that is glued to the plastic ruler was coming unattached. My first question would be: Why didn't they screen print the image directly onto the ruler? My second question would be: Why didn't they use a better glue to attach the overlay? There are several of these rulers offered by different sellers. I think I saw one that is made of metal and not plastic. My ruler was plastic and from the Seller listed above. I can not speak to the quality of other Seller's products. I would easily give this item 5 stars and more but for the build quality. It is innovative, useful, convenient and makes measuring all that much easier. In a world where the maxim is "measure twice and cut once" anything that can aid in accuracy is a God send.

Rubbish
The numbers are easy to read, but if you want a sticker that is just stuck on to a clear ruler this is for you. I have not used mine as it was in a draw waiting to be used, and the sticker has bubbled.

Very happy
Great for measuring accurately very expensive for what it is but worth it for the increments it gives

Avoid, absolute rubbish. If it was possible to give it zero stars, I would.
Just a sticker on a clear plastic ruler, awful. And the sticker has bubbled. Wouldn't want to measure anything particularly accurately with this piece of c**p.
