Wonderful. Highly recommend for keratosis pilaris
This is really an excellent product. I have tried various lotions for keratosis pilaris and dry skin. Treatments for keratosis pilaris include: urea, AHAs (glycolic acid, lactic acid), and BHAs (salicylic acid). Amlactin (lactic acid) works but the smell used to be weird- not sure if improved now. I used cerave SA lotion when it only cost around $10; salicylic acid is a less expensive ingredient and that product is way too expensive now. My 2 favorite treatments for kp are this 20% urea cream and lotion with ~12% glycolic acid. I have seen many articles with recommendations for lotions/creams for kp that are way too expensive. Not necessary to spend so much when Udderly Smooth makes unscented urea cream and there are also unscented glycolic acid lotions/creams available for under $20. Another lotion I have not tried yet but is a good product based on ingredients and price is Eucerin Roughness Relief; for those that dont need as high a concentration of urea (kp not as severe), that would be a good option. -advice from a medical student who has very dry, rough, flaky skin (without lotions) and keratosis pilaris

Helping hand and foot syndrome
Having trouble with hand and foot syndrome? This is a great product to stop the itching and finally get a good night's sleep. But be warned, it can quickly dry your hands. I had to use it twice a day for five months (it stopped after 2-3 weeks, but I had to keep using it throughout my entire chemo treatment to prevent the syndrome from coming back), and by the end of my treatment, my hands were super dry, and the skin started to peel. If you can, combine it with another moisturizer (for sensitive skin and fragrance-free).

Soft as satin…..absorbs fast
I first saw this cream when I lived in AZ. The dry air sucked the moisture right out of my skin. This cream softens my skin, absorbs fast & lasts several hours!! There is NO heavy perfume! If you suffer from scaly skin, or are simply in need of deep nourishment for your outer layer, give this product a try! It isn’t priced out of range and it works!!

Has an odor but otherwise great moisturizer.
Unfortunately it does have an odor. It is wonderful for overnight skin moisturizing but not for daytime.

WOW!
This is amazing. I had been using a pharmaceutical grade 20% urea for my very rough and callous-prone feet. I thought it worked decently, but it was quite cost prohibitive so I decided to try this formula. I get twice as much product here and it works FAR better! I am ecstatic. It is so moisturizing in addition to having the exfoliating benefits of the urea. The only issue I had is that the first bottle I received looked like it had been used, and there was a bit of product on the side of the jar. I replaced it and fortunately got a very new looking one. So pleased. I anticipate that this should last at least a month with daily use, maybe longer. GOOD STUFF.

You'll love your wrinkled hands again!
I like this product. It is absorbed into the skin immediately, and the dry touch makes my hand (dry and wrinkled) look very smooth. I tried more than 10 different brands over many years, but Udderly Smooth is the best. However, this product needs to be improved. The label says "Cream", but it is actually a lotion. It's runny. This product should be in a pump container, so we can push it. It's much easier to use. When opening the jar lid, be sure to hold the jar horizontally. Be careful not to tilt it. If you accidentally tilt it, the contents will pop out (as the photo shows.) If you leave the "cream" on the inside of the lid, the white dry powder will fall off when you open the lid. I used a tube-type Udderly Smooth before I tried a jar of cream. If you use a tube-type, avoid standing it upside down. Because the contents are runny, you will have more than you need. I give 5 stars to the product, but I will buy a tube-type only in the future.

I'm using this product for extremely dry, bumpy skin. The ingredient my skin doctor recommended is "urea 20". You have to check labels carefully to make sure you get the right one. Not all Udderly Smooth products have urea 20. This one says so on the label, and "extra care 20" on the front label. I didn't find the "extra care 20" product in local retail stores, so am happy it's available on Amazon.ca. The price is similar to Udderly Smooth's other products in stores. As for this product - it's a smooth cream, not greasy, and feels good. I don't expect perfection from any product, but this one is quickly delivering a positive, noticeable change. I highly recommend it and will buy it again.

Great product
Easy to apply.....not greasy. Have very rough feet..... the 20% urea helps keep them smooth....no cracking ....just use a stone once a week to keep them soft.
