I have sensitive skin, this changed my life, I can bike and run with no pain now, thanks
I had so many issues with running and biking if I went for more than 30ish minutes. I'm a triathlete and I need to go for longer haha so I was always just suffering and chafing and having horrible rashes, then coating my butt with cornstarch afterwards to cope, forced to skip workouts sometimes because of it, feeling fat because why was I rubbing so much, :( and then finally I did some googling, found out I wasn't alone and that there were products for this problem, and I found this brand of cream. I was cautious to buy a giant tube because I didn't know if it would irritate my skin. I have lots of problems down there with rashes and soaps giving me issues etc so I was reallly skeptical but even though I have sensitive skin IT WORKS!!!!! I rode for 2-3 hours and ran for 1.5 hrs with this cream and had ZERO ISSUES I am so so so grateful. Thank you so much.

Completely worth it!
This stuff is fantastic! I just got back from a 4 day backpacking trip and one of my biggest worries was that my inner thighs would become chaffed and I would be miserable. I took 3 of the small containers with me on the trip, including the one I opened on the day that I left. I put the open one in a small ziploc because I didn't use all of it on the first application. I ended up using the same container for all 4 days and it still didn't run out. I applied the cream once every morning and then I may have put a little more on my inner thighs one time in the evening. I was also wearing clothing that would help prevent chaffing, but either way the cream worked great and I had no chaffing! I was worried that I would go through multiple containers of it very quickly, but I can probably still get 2-3 more days out of the original one that I opened. A little goes a long way. I was not applying it to the entire length of my inner thigh, only on the upper part of my thighs in a relatively small area. I'm not so sure that the "female variety" of this makes a difference, but I bought it just incase. I have used the regular version of this stuff on week long camping/hiking trips and it seemed I had to apply it more often but I was literally up moving around for more than 12-15 hours of the day while leading a group of students through the wilderness. I also wasn't wearing the type of clothes that would help prevent chaffing. I think if I hadn't worn clothes that help prevent the chaffing on this last trip I may have applied the cream more often. I will definitely buy this product over and over again.

I had seen and heard about the “Her” variation on a long time cycling staple. I’m so happy that I tried it. I usually prefer unscented everything, yet the gentle lavender is perfect for the soothing quality it provides. This formula just feels better and performs even better than the original. Thank you!

Terrific product!
This stuff is great! I used it recently for a cycling trip in Europe and didn't have a single problem. I was concerned that I'd have a bad reaction to the product on my lady parts since I'm very sensitive to things like lubricants and have only one product I can use without discomfort. But had no problem at all. In fact, I've continued to use it as a regular "moisturizer" for that area, which has seemed to solve an ongoing problem i was having with pretty bad itching related to the dryness caused by menopause. Hope that's not TMI ... but maybe others have that problem. Also I really appreciated the reviews of some women who made it clear that this could be used on the lady parts without harm, because I wasn't sure, and I appreciated the boldness of those reviewers! Oh, and the 10-pack was perfect for a cycling trip where I was trying to keep weight down. It was perfect to keep one pack in my very small easy-to-access bag for "touch ups" with the remaining packs in my panniers.

Prevents sores from Crossfit situps
Place on my bottom before I do my sit-ups. Since using the skin on my butt has healed and the scar is gone. Will never go without.

Effective and portable
My wife keeps a few of these on her bike for when she's going very long distances and needs to 'refresh' her chamois cream. Her main "go to" is Ruby's, but it's unavailable in small, convenient containers. I would give the cream 4 stars, but the packets 5 stars.

Caution . Contains language used by menopausal women who cycle . Ladies. Yes !!! Makes long rides bearable. I put directly on cycle shorts without using Incontinence liner . as a 50+ mother of two I was worried . But , worked amazing .
