Not too greasy but wish it came with the pump
So I have been having intense itching and I tried some steroid creams, but they didn't help. The first product I bought was the Aveeno eczema night itch relief balm and it did NOT solve my itching, and made me greasy. I had also tried Vaseline intensive care, but still greasy with an itch. After I went on youtube I ran across this girl's page who had this product but with the pump. She said it worked great for right when you get out of the shower to trap moisture in and did not leave a greasy feeling. I was worried this was going to be like the others I bought that were super greasy and just end up making me even itchier but I was pleasantly surprised that this did not feel like that, and did not cause that sweating feeling behind my knees. What had been itching me the most was my scalp, and yes I tried this product on my scalp and it DID give me relief. It did make my scalp look a little oily but nothing compared to the other oily feeling stuff I had been using. I sectioned each part of my scalp and just rubbed some in and it calmed it down a lot while I wait to see a dermatologist. I am not sure why they don't sell just the cream by itself with the pump, but I did not buy the one that came with the cleaner because I don't need the cleaner. I just don't want products around I'm not using. It isn't terrible without the pump, as I don't feel like you have to use a whole bunch unless you are washing your hands a lot.

This moisturizer is the holy grail
I am so pleased with this product as it recently worked magic on my skin and my face in particular. I recently had a severe facial breakout which has never happened to me before; I had acne all over my face and it wouldn't stop coming out every day. I tried different products including one of the other popular acne products which didn't deliver a good result as it always left huge scars on my face in the process of treating the acne. I got so fed up and decided to simply just moisturize my face with Cerave and in a few days I saw unbelievable results; the acne cleared completely. The interesting part of this experience is that I had the Cerave moisturizer since the previous year, but I didn't like the feel on the face when I first bought it, so I never used it until now. Ever since I made this discovery, the only thing I apply on my face and body now is this product and it continues to deliver excellent results.

stop messing around.
Like many people, I am susceptible to advertising claims for just about everything. I have tried an embarrassing number of different skin lotions promising all kinds of stuff. However, I am also super picky and do not like sticky lotions that sit on your skin collecting dust and cat hair, rub off on clothes, and leave your skin looking even drier the next day. Enter this stuff. My sister recommended it to me and I have to admit that she was 100% correct. It doesn't have any overt odor. A pea-sized dollop covers lower legs or both arms. It absorbs completely, isn't sticky, is breathable, doesn't collect cat hair and actually really does improve your skin with use. I have even used it on my face as a night cream but that's another story. So stop messing around with other lotions. This is the stuff. Right here.

Made my face feel so soft!

SAVED ME FROM MY DYSHIDROTIC ECZEMA
To start off, you should know that I bought this for the first time because my dermatologist gave me some samples and thought it was a nice hand cream. It is so much more to me now. I have dyshidrotic eczema and if you don’t know what that is, it’s a type of eczema that causes your fingers and palms to break out in tiny blisters that itch and burn until they cause your skin to crack and fall off leaving you with bleeding raw patches everywhere. I have multiple steroid creams to aid the healing process of this, but no matter what I tried, I’d break out and lose my finger tips every two weeks like clock work. Like I said, I got samples of the cream, liked it, and ended up buying a tub, but after using this product for a few weeks, I decided I’d never not have it on my bedside stand. I have not had an eczema break out in months!! I even survived an entire Winter of using my hands for barn work and other laborious things and I have not lost my fingertips once. This product is a miracle for me. I use it nightly before bed and I’m good to go. More good things to know: -I hate greasy hands. This absorbs quickly for how thick it is and isn’t greasy after a few seconds. My hands fell silky, but not greasy! I can use my phone just fine after rubbing the cream in. -it smells very neutral/is non scented -there are no animal products or byproducts in this -I have used it on my face when I forget my face moisturizer before bed and I have not broken out from doing so. Normally random lotions break me out. -it works amazingly on chapped lips. Seems weird, I know, but I use it for this too now when needed. I actually prefer it over chapstick. I have never written a review this long in my life and I was not paid or compensated to write this. I simply love this product and I highly HIGHLY recommend it if you’ve got stubborn it recurring eczema!

Not quite the same product
I searched and bought this product specifically because of it's ingredients in the "old" formula, but it results to be the "new" formula although there is no indication of such, except in the bar code tag stuck on the pot, which is very unfortunate as i stood away from the bright red "New" corner tag usually on CeraVe's cream pots. The cream is still a good cream, but not as great as the one i was looking for. Could you please specify in the product description that this is in fact the new formula to avoid deceptions like mine and keep the buyers correctly informed and not deceived. Found a cream that works!
It’s been over a week of using this cream on my 10yr old daughter’s skin. She has eczema all over her body. Some dry itchy skin some really angry red skin. There has been a massive improvement so far. After first use redness is going away and the eczema is not so visible now but you can feel it though. A Week in and still improving and her skin is more comfortable, So I’m really happy with the product. This cream drys in quickly as well. I have used aveeno, e45 and oilitum and this is by far the best so far! Finger crossed it continues to work.

Holy grail product for skin!
I can’t say enough about this holy grail product! For years I’ve struggled with mild eczema and have tried so many products that promise but fail to deliver what CeraVe does. Some products actually irritated my skin further but not CeraVe. It’s fragrance free which I like and dries in quickly but the best thing is that my skin feels the benefits for days after one application! Honestly, it doesn’t even feel like my skin it’s so soft and dry patch free! Will keep buying this holy grail product!

Okay so I don’t usually write reviews on things I buy but this is definitely needed because... These products are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have the occasional dry skin on my face and sometimes look a little flushed so I started to use the cleanser just once a day in the mornings, and moisturise twice a day after my showers. And I honestly have seen a difference in my skin, I don’t look as flushed and my skin appears so clear and glowing. These are now my go to products forever. Also next day delivery so definitely recommend! Thank you ????.

I have had dry skin since birth and have tried every cream on the market and from the doctors and none have helped. Then I tried CervaVe which is so working and the results are amazing. I’m now on second larger tub and will continue to purchase. Thank You so very much.
