Abs of steel
This product works as advertised. Only draw-back is the plastic is soft and not durable. It scratched up on using on my rug. But this is comfortable enough to use to transform my barrel to a pack. The question is will my pack arrive before the product falls apart.

Biggest best sliders
I became addicted to sliders at my gym learning to do the mountain climber exercise. It was a blast but the sliders they have are the routine size and would fling off my feet every couple of moves and was quite frustrating. I went online looking for larger sliders and saw these, I have several SKLZ golf training aids that are super durable and really fun so I thought these would be good oversized ones to try. I was really surprised at how large these are and how much good traction and cushioning they have so your sneakers dig right in. They no longer fly off my feet and I am totally psyched to do some of the exercises that are on the SKLZ video you can watch online. If you need larger sliders these are by far the very best ones to get and super cheap too

Great Sliders. Only ones I would buy again.
I came across the idea of using sliders from a recommendation as a great way to implement core strengthening exercises. In the last few weeks I have been doing slider exercises. There are many routines online and on Youtube. So far I really like the portability of the sliders and that they work indoor on carpet, I am not in the need to test the Claim of whether they work on other surfaces. Slider exercises may look easy but are very challenging , hence providing an amazing total body workout. I started with inexpensive sliders from Amazon to give it sliders a try. Those were okay but the small size made my feet slide off easily and foot placement was critical to how well they slid. I have since upgraded to the Slidz by Skilz and these are far superior. The Skilz are larger in size, contoured on top to reduce slipping and have a smoother bottom surface. These are well worth the extra money. Highly recommend these over other less expensive sliders.

Usefulness.
Good for core and upper body work and all you need is a slick floor and these. Worth a try is limited on space. Just be creative.

So much better than the smaller/ standard ones
These are great! I first bought the top reviewed cheaper ones, and they were small, stuck to the carpet and I'd end up having my foot ground into it painfully, repeatedly. They were awful. Then I found these- it's like 10x the product. The foam on top is soft, foamy, thick, and cushiony, with a grip texture. The plastic on bottom is much thicker + rigid hard and very smooth- never gotten stuck on the carpet even once! My wife loves these too- she puts them on her feet, and goes "skating" around the floor! xD They also have the option to clip together, so you can use them like a skateboard! So if the other ones were a badly implemented possible good design- these are actually a well refined, exceptional execution of the idea. I would recommend them for everyone- fun or exercise!

Don't slide out from under your feet
Tried these for the first time tonight and they work perfectly. I also have one of those double-sided round discs (one side for carpet, the other for hard surfaces); those were frustrating to use, because my foot would go one way and the disc would often be left behind. No problem with these Slidez! I use these on a tile floor. Although more expensive than other choices, the purchase was certainly worth it for me.

The best core sliders period
The most sturdy sliders I have ever used, a bit on the large side but fine once you get used to them. Excellent sliding surface for carpet or any flat surface like hardwood.

Great, simple, innovative and highy effective exercising stratagy - go get-em!
Wow Wow Wow! Such a simple but effective idea. As you get older the multi-gyms, rowers, exercise bikes etc become 'too intimidating' after a long day at work to set up and go-at; with all the pulleys and nobs and levers to adjust. So I popped on the internet to find and alternative/adjunct to my Total-Gym (very good effective product, but intimidating as stated above). So I looked at Ab rollers and Crunchers, Tension straps; something I could pick up and get working straight away with little or no prep. Then there they were: Sliding or Gliding Discs. Did the research, discovered heaps of blogs on YouTube - of people eager to show what you can do on these things. I narrowed my search down to these SKLZ Slidez Discs and wow (again). They arrived on good time from Amazon; they are well made, not as slippy on carpet as made out; but that adds to safety. They support any body weight as you use them on the floor or walls. I discovered over 400 exercised on You Tube; Dance moves, Sports moves, Anarobic moves, Pilates, Yoga, stretching etc. These giant tea-caddies are a brilliant spin on exercising and I highly highly recommend them to anyone wanting to loose weight, get fit and strong.

The Best Sliders on the market, bar none
These sliders are much higher quality than the other ones you find. The plastic is thicker and slides better, and the padding is thicker and more comfortable to use on knees or feet. Plus they can be attached to use for bilateral exercises. These are the only sliders I’ll ever buy.
