Air pin/niddle was bent
I got two of these and both of the air pins / needles were bent. Luckily, I other pins for other balls that I could use.

It’s pretty good!
Worth the money! It’s very useful for a seat or to stand on or to assist with a lot other things like sit ups. You can have it as full as you want for whatever you are doing. It seems very durable.

Pump is garbage! Used a basketball pump..
Super happy with the price point on this. I'm on a chiropractic care plan that requires me to do exercises on this wobble disk. My chiro doctors also suggested I use this at my desk since I WFH and sit allllll day. This came out of the box slightly inflated, already holding its shape. I read the pump instructions and began pumping... and then began sweating because 15 min later.. the disk didn't feel that much more inflated (maybe just a little). Luckily, I had a basketball pump on hand with the same type of needle. In 10 seconds, the basketball pump did more than what the included pump could do in 15 minutes of pumping, which is ridiculous! It's mysterious what is wrong with the included pump... when you test it, air does come out of the needle and doesn't leak from anywhere else. No idea what could be wrong with it, but happy I found a solution. My lower back felt relief immediately once I started using it. My spine compresses from sitting so long, and I'm excited for this to help me keep the spine area active by fidgeting and wobbling! :)

A major game changer
As a graphic design major and HR coordinator intern, I spend several hours a day sitting. Because I have longer legs, most chairs make my lower back and butt sore. However, now that I use this cushion as a chair pad, I don't get sore anymore. I also noticed that my posture has improved dramatically. If you are on the fence about buying this cushion, BUY IT! You will not regret it.

It's like superfoods for your desk chair.
The standard desk chair is a horrible invention that takes a serious toll on the health just by sitting in one for as little as an hour or two a day you might as well be smoking a carton of cigarettes while guzzling high fructose soda and eating lead paint chips by the handful according to study after study. Until governments start to ban desk chairs, this little balance cushion will help simulate the effects of replacing your deadly desk chair with an exercise ball. It's not quite the same as an actual exercise ball: It's actually kind of easy for me to get settled down on this Prosource disc and forget I'm suppose to be sitting completely upright with core muscles tensing to maintain balance. I suspect you'll find that a real exercise ball takes much more physical effort to sit on for extended periods of time and accordingly, has far greater health benefits than this Disc Trainer Board. But it takes a massive exercise ball to comfortably reach the height of a standard desk and I just don't have the space for such equipment, so this balancing disc is the next best thing as far as I'm aware. It's a fair price but keep in mind it takes a lot of effort to fully pump up the disc with the tiny included pump. For the first 10 minutes of trying I thought the pump was defective until I finally noticed the disc was slightly firmer than it was on delivery. When filling to full, be patient and gentle because the pump doesn't seem particularly sturdy either. Following that protocol I've been able to keep the disc full for the several months I've owned it with the original pump.

Exactly what it is supposed to be
Pump worked great just needed to really push down the first time for the needle to go through. Filled up no problem after that and it’s working like it is suppose to seems well made. I had a similar one from my chiropractor that was twice the cost.

Good and durable
I have bought many of these wobble cushions for my whole family and have had them for several years. I have found them to be very useful at building core strength and reducing lower back pain if you do not inflate them too high. Only issue was getting the pump stem in far enough to inflate them at the start. You have to pinch the valve up and off the opposite wall, wet the stem and then push is ALL THE WAY in. Then you can pump it up to the desired pressure, just don't make it too inflated, as it is supposed to be unstable. That is what makes the core muscles work.

Very useful!
Very easy to inflate and served my purposes well. I used this after a recommendation from my physio for a sprained ankle and it has helped me tremendously in my healing process. It is also multifunctional which can be used to work out many parts of the body. It is sturdy and compact and very worth it for the price!

La pompe vendue avec le ballon stabilisateur n'a même pas pu servir une fois. Premièrement l'embout de métal avait de la difficulté à visser dans la pompe et une fois celui-ci prêt à être inséré dans le ballon suivant les recommandations du fabricant, l'aiguille a pliée et brisée. Je ne peut pas donner plus d'informations sur le produit car il n'est pas assez gonflé pour l'essayer.

Helps knee injuries
This disc was recommended by my daughter's physio, she is in a competitive figure skating and has all kind of minor leg and knee issues. When you stand on it (with one leg), it makes you work hard for your balance, therefore you're strenthening your muscles. It is tricky to inflate though, I was scared I'll punch a hole through (I didn't)

Quality product
I’ve been using the product recommended by my physiotherapist for 3+ months. After you figure out the trick of inflating (very easy if you get it right the first time following the instruction), It works consistently well without need for another pump. I really like it, a good quality product!
