Excellent Value
Extremely accurate per calibrated "DMM Check Plus" source. Great, easy-to-read display with BIG numbers that can be read from across the room. The 4-wire resistance and diode check are nice features and work well. Overall, great value for the price. I'd give it 5 stars, but am deducting 1 due to some confusion I had with remote SCPI commands. First, Siglent's SCPI documentation (sdm3065x_remote_manual.pdf) is poorly written and has some big errors, such as saying the "R? 1" command reports the oldest reading in memory and clears all readings (it actually seems to report and clear only the newest reading). There's no "Local" command to return keypad control, so you must either physically hit "local" on keypad or send full reset via *RST command. The "MEAS:VOLT:" command is convenient, but stops the local display from updating and takes almost 2 seconds to return a reading -- so generally you have to setup an infinite trigger, initiate it, then use "R? 1" to get readings when desired.

The meter works well.
The meter checks out in all of its functions. The screen is bright and well defined. I cannot speak to the absolute accuracy of the meter but the numbers are all in line with my other meters. I like the 4(V) diode check. The probes seem to be high quality. The histogram function is nice on auto but takes a few steps in the menu to zoom in. The meter is stable and just seems to work on all the things I need it to. I would buy it again. I do recommend it as a less costly alternative to the big names out there. It arrived on time and with about 4 months on the calibration certificate. It is solid and seems to be well built.

Meter arrived non-working
While the meter did power up and had a display, it would not do any measurements. Where there should have been digits, I just had a series of dots. The self-test functionality showed that the fpga and adc had failed testing. The meter has been returned.

Very Satisfied
Delivery was fast and the item was well packaged and in perfect condition. I'm very pleased with this multimeter. It has the advertised precision and works very well. It's a good professional DDM at a reasonable price when compared to the competition.
