Cats like it

My cat loves the tiny bowl. She also loves to eat until she pukes and the bowl is small so she can only fit her face in a little bit for little bites. Solved my problem! She doesn't eat food off the mat around it though. It's not like a maze just sticky upper parts. But easy to clean!

Works as intended but parts can/maybe be choking hazards for cats

This has been a great addition to our cats feeding routine and significantly slowed down their eating speed. We also have spread the cats out around the house so they aren't viisble to each other during meals. Make sure to wash immediately after feeding as the food will get very stuck onto the silicone and gets difficult to clean, also trying to hand dry one of these with a towel is a nightmare there are so many books and crannies. We ended up needing to cut down the spike side because the cats were chewing them off (disappointed they came off so easy, and was an issue with both our cats accidentally eating some of the broken off parts) and I recommend using a placemats under the mat. Our cats were moving food off the mat and onto the floor because of the low sides and we stopped using the clear bowl because the cats were using their paws to fling the food out of it. I highly recommend the little pink one by this same company because it works better and no pieces get chewed off by hungry kitties.

This fish is bigger than expected

I would have liked to give this feeding dish a glowing review. The PROS are .... it slowed down my 1 cat from eating as intended.. the other 2 don't have eating issues so they don't really care... it's nice & thick... it's sturdy... no sliding around on hardwood floors & stays where you put it... The CONS are the little cup is very difficult to remove & replace... IDK how but it turns black on the top edges after 2nd day... so it needs washed constantly!!! My 3 cats are strictly indoor, short hair, they eat Purina Gentle dry food from this dish, I wash the dish by hand with Dawn dish liquid, & my home is clean! I have the orange fish dish made by the same company & don't have this problem.

I'm impressed!

NASA should investigate my cat, because she somehow has a black hole in her stomach. Before getting this I had to spread her food over the floor in the hope she would slow down. Then I got this. She hates it. I love it! I don't use the cup part, just the wavy part and where the stems are. She's forced to eat much slower, and sometimes I even see a few pieces on the mat after she leaves. I don't know how well the suction works because there's carpet everywhere.

Great feeder

My laziest cat loves this feeder, which is why I bought it. I prefer to use puzzle feeders to keep them active mentally...make them work/hunt for their food. It's easy to clean and holds up well. I'm buying a second one for the other cat.

Easy to clean, slowed down mealtime

Loved this! I couldn’t get my cat to slow down at meal time, and that often led to an upset stomach. This has helped slow him down, and it keeps his mischievous little mind busy! It’s also really easy to clean

Didn't work for me

I wish this would have worked but I have 3 cats and none of them would eat out of this. I guess I'll have to keep on cleaning cat throw up!

Good, but big

My cat likes the little pedestal bowl on the end, but the ripples in the fish are really big. The whole thing is quite large and she doesn’t love it. It does seem to be better than a regular bowl for the speed she can eat though so less puking.

Dangerous for cats

Feeder is made of silicone and very easily chewed up by my 4 month old kitten as can be seen in the picture. Highly recommend not buying this product.

Used and missing pieces.

I received this slow feeder used. It’s was dirty, you could tell someone had used it and returned it. The clear bowl was missing and I am 100% not satisfied with my purchase. ????
