Not Reversible

In the question/answer section, someone asked if the direction of opening was reversible and was told that it is. The opening IS NOT REVERSIBLE! To reverse it you would have to hang it upside down. That would look stupid. I bought it because that answer said it was reversible, so I thought that there was a screw that would allow me to remove the bar and install it the other way around in the holder. There is not. The product looks solid and nice. If I could get a left loading one, I would. I did get two of the matching towel racks.

Great product, cheap installation materials

I chose this one for the ease of changing the toilet paper roll and it's great for that. The screw that came with it for installation was plastic covered in silver paint which snapped immediately after installed. We ended up using a metal one we had in the house.

Already loose in the wall

The style of these is great, but after only a couple months two are very loose in the wall, even with anchors. One is in a rarely used basement bathroom, so I can’t really blame overuse.

Paper holder

The product was nice and as expected. I would not order that style again, and the tp roll slide off quite easily. Not a defect, just not my fave

Roll falls on the floor :(

Roll falls off with slightest bump. Had to tilt at an angle or keep picking it up. Not very attractive that way. Rather expensive as well.

Worst mounting system ever

As other reviewers have noted, this toilet paper roll holder gets loose from the wall very easily. I’ve had it installed a little over a month and have had to tighten it three times already just with normal use. Now, I’ve given up and will patch the wall and look for another toilet paper holder. Really disappointing and will never buy Moen for this type of product again.

Not as nice as I thought

The back side of the rod where you can’t see is flat athough no one can see it It still Just annoys me because of the price I’m still going to install it because it matches my sink and my toilet handle I just expected something better from moen

Works good, but roll can fall off

I do like this product, but it is easy to accidentally push the roll the holder. Too bad the end doesn't have a slightly bigger stopper.
