Cheap Knockoff! Not MOEN!

I ordered a genuine MOEN part. I am replacing the same ones I have that are MOEN. I wanted to just slip these over the existing brackets so I didn't have to redrill for the mounts in the sheet rock. This was listed as a MOEN part. They sent a cheap Chinese knockoff made by "Donner". Never heard of them. The MOEN part has a metal roller. This one is plastic. The end pieces are indeed metal, but when you pay a MOEN price, you expect a MOEN part, and MOEN quality. That said, I give it two stars because it would probably work. I didn't try, just sent back for a refund

Does the job

I accidentally dropped my roller spring in my toilet a while ago so I needed a new one and this fit perfectly. It seems to be universal so if you're just looking to replace that piece this will do! It is very light and feels plasticy but does the job.

For rarely used guest bath

I needed a cheap holder for a rarely used guest bath. This is that. The brackets are metal and the holder is plastic. Seems durable enough and looks fine for where it is. I do not think this would be sturdy enough for everyday use.

Nice But Imperfect Toilet Paper Holder

It is nice to look. But, it seems to come loose after attaching it to my bathroom wall. I wish that there were holes in the front. But, I guess that the makers did not want to show the holes. But, at least the toilet paper holder would stand still on my bathroom wall...

Great for the Price

The holder works great and is very easy to install. It's not as sturdy as it looks (made of plastic), so it loses a star but still gets the job done.

It's hard to get excited about a toilet paper holder. This one seems sturdy, installed easily, looks good and is working just fine. Great value for the money.

It is an off brand and does not look as nice as pictured

This is not a Moen brand paper holder. It is an off brand and does not look as nice as pictured. I still used it because I really needed one right away but do not recommend. One screw fell out of package on its own and we really had to hunt for a tiny screw.
