Decent toilet paper holder

I liked that I could easily change whether the arm is open to the left or the right just by loosening the interior screw that holds the tp arm and flipping the arm (otherwise the set screw would have been on top). It looks great and holds a large roll of tp. The set screw was difficult to tighten with the little wrench, but once I got it started, it was ok. I realized after predrilling 1/4" holes in my wooden cabinet that those instructions are for drywall installation using the wall anchors. If you are installing into a wood cabinet, predrill much smaller holes. I put the anchors into my cabinet, and it ended up ok. If the instructions had been more clear about this, I would have given 5 stars.

Very Nice

This was very easy to install, & I really liked, was that the bar that hold the toilet paper can face either left or right, as it swivels. Very pretty too.

Very nice… but pay attention to tiny mount screws

Very nice. I ordered two of these and had one very minor issue. One holder required a ninety degree allen wrench to secure to the wall mount plate lip (no problem). The second holder required a tiny flat head screw driver (the hole is too small for regular sized screw driver). Luckily I had an old eyeglass repair kit stashed. Tiny flat head screw driver was too fragile to properly tighten/secure this type of holder against the wall mounting plate. Bottom line… look for Allen head type plate attachment screw versus the flat tip screw head. Very minor… but could get frustrating.

Good size, looks good, not that easy to install

Holder is large enough to accommodate any size toilet paper including the wide Costco brand. Sturdy if you install it properly but not sure how long it would remain sturdy on the wall. The problem is the "metal set screw located at the base of the fixture". That screw is miniscule to the extreme, is to be tightened by the tiniest allen wrench I have ever come across, but happens to be the pivotal thing to hang everything together. It's not easy to tighten the screw if it is at the base of the fixture. At the end, I have to position the fixture so that the teeny screw is on top. That means the horizontal arm opens to the left rather than to the right. Anyone trying to uninstall the thing would go crazy because I'm sure the tiny allen wrench would have been lost as with the instructions. If the tiny screw is located at the bottom of the fixture, the person trying to uninstall the fixture would not even be aware that there is a screw down there.

Perfect for the price

Needed something that would screw on using the holes already on the wall as I have a fully tiled bathroom and trying to drill a hole without cracking them is painful! This fitted the bill but I was concerned how good it would be given the price. Shouldn't have worried as it looks great and worth a lot more than I paid! Only sticking point when putting up was the miniscule screw at the bottom that you have to tighten. As you can't see it it is very hard to screw in as the Allen key is also tiny but perseverance pays off and you get there in the end! If you struggle it might be better to turn it around and have the screw on top so you can see what you are doing. It's fastened tight to my wall now though and I'm very pleased with it.

It is actually made of metal NOT plastic, beutiful oil rubbed bronze, quick and easy to install, good quality for the price, highly recommended.
