Good product
Arrived on time and as advertised. Strong, durable, I fixed my son's glove and he's enjoying its use. I would recommend others give them business.

Good quality lacing. You’re okay buying it.
Good lacing for quality gloves. I’ve relaced gloves for years and this lacing works well. Some people have said it’s a bit dry. This is usually true with most lacing you get. Grab an old wash cloth and put a dab of regular Vaseline on it. Squeeze the lacing and run it through the wash cloth before lacing the glove. The Vaseline will moisten the lacing and make it repellent to water. It will not ruin color dye on the lacing or glove. I use the wash cloth with a small dab of Vaseline on the entire glove, paying attention to all lacing.

Wonderful product! Great price. Lots of leather!
After having that wonderful experience of a ball hitting my glove, turning to throw it and it not being there, while my friends jib "got a hole in your glove, har har har," it was indeed time to fix my glove. I purchased an Easton repair kit which came with the puller tool, as well as some leather but it was not nearly enough! The leather that came with the Easton kit seemed dry and a bit crumbly if that makes sense. It really needed to be conditioned, and there was only enough to get the fingers on my glove. Incomes the Mizuno Ball Glove Lace. It is amazing. It came with like 6 (I think) strips of leather, and they were all about 48" long. I was able to fix the web, the top roll on the webbing and the fingers with two pieces. The leather was supple and appears super strong. I'll condition it in the future, but it was not crying for the conditioning. Also one end of the leather is slightly tapered to fit through your puller tool. Its an incredibly nice touch, not only does it go through the tool without a hassle but allows for you to pull it through the glove much easier when two strands (the folded over piece) is being pulled through. I would definitely suggest this!

Great lace, conditioner recommended
Really good lace. I have completely relaced 2 gloves, one with brown lace, one with black. Lace did feel a little too stiff when it arrived, so I applied leather conditioner to each strand before using. Lexol or Nokona both work well, I prefer Nokona for the laces and Lexol for the glove itself. Lacing is much easier when the strands are conditioned! Do yourself a favor and get a threaded lacing needle with your lace. Much better than the pull-through type of needle. It will take 3-4 strands of lace to do a full glove, depending on how much is used for the web (trapeze style webs might need even more strands). This lace was thicker than the ones I removed, but I think that will make it last much longer. Lace might seem too thick for the palm area, but I got used to it quickly (pounding the palm lacing with a mallet before completing the rest of the glove is a good idea, no matter what lace you use). I will be purchasing more of this lace to relace several gloves, as most folks who have seen my finished gloves have asked me to relace theirs!

To thin
Very thin for the glove.

Is this real Mizuno lace?
You get a lot of lace for your money. But unfortunately, it’s not quality lace. It’s dirt dry and very “crumbly” and hard to manipulate. I lace a fair amount of gloves and was excited at this lace but was disappointed. Also, “cream” is pretty much white. Like an idiot I trimmed a piece and started working, the lighting in my garage isn’t great but I was deep into Skiving the palm lace and I couldn’t ask for a refund once I realized it wasn’t cream colored but white. Had I done some pre work checks I would’ve asked for a refund cause this was a waste. Overall, a lot of lace for the money. Which is a good thing if you get the color right. I’d be curious to see if this is real Mizuno lace as it’s quality is suspect.

So far so good
I have had this in my glove for about 3 months now and it has held up very nicely. The leather is still nice and soft. I live in Arizona where the heat is brutal and the sun dries everything out so we will see how long this will last. The leather was a little wider than what I pulled out of the glove. This is the first time I relaced my glove and it was surprisingly easy. I actually relaced 2 other gloves. I will be purchasing this in the future when I need to relace again. It is the only leather I have used and the only comparison I have is the leather that came in the Markwort relacing kit. This leather appeared to be better quality then that leather.

Good quality but very stiff.
It's good quality lace, but a little tough to use because of the stiffness of it. On the upside, it'll stiffen up pretty much any glove.

OK for the price.
Decent for the price. Bit stiff even after applying conditioner. Does the job.
