Best sewing machine I've ever used!
The instructions for how to use this machine are clearly written, and the included CD helps clear up any missed detail. Threading is easy, and illustrated on the machine itself. I was sewing within minutes of setting up the machine. I tried sewing through some strapping tape that my other sewing machine was unable to sew through and amazingly the machine handled the bulk of the fabric without a problem! Very happy with my purchase, which was delivered promptly and on time.

Good Solid Machine, Wife Loves it
Wife has sewn professionally, and trusts Juki, saying they last forever. I hope she's right. The 120 is a good balance of price and features. Be sure to carefully check out the features on the 110, 120, and 220. All are the same basic machine, with features added to as the catalog number goes higher. We wanted the thread cutting feature of the 220, but didn't think it was worth 100 bucks more. I like the fact that it can use common, cheap presser feet. We ordered a 48 piece set for about fifty cents apiece, and they work well on this machine. It appears that a cheap walking foot will also work. That's good, because Juki parts are breathtakingly expensive.

Best computerized sewing machine on the market
I hated my Singer Heavy Duty 44S. I got the Juki as a Christmas gift, and at first, I was terrified that it wouldn't be able to handle thicker fabric. That belief was unwarranted. This machine is not only so much stronger, but it's so much quieter than it's Singer mechanical counterpart. The main and only real difference between the G120 and G220 is the automatic thread cutter. The 120 has a manual thread cutter, but the the price point, it really makes no difference to me. The stitches are even, solid and professional looking. Take the leap, you won't regret it.

Love this machine!
I did a lot of research into sewing machines before purchasing one. I had a Singer Touchtronic 2001 (1978) that got moderate useage for 40 years but we could no longer find the board that needed replaced. Anyway, I was impressed by the box feed on the Juki and after a lot of research purchased this unit. I didn't care about the thread cutter feature especially for the extra cost. I had to immediately try it out and was impressed by the quietness and smoothness of the unit. I was used to a bobbin that threaded itself installed in the machine, but this one is easy to do. It is also easy to thread and change presser feet as well as adjusting stitches. There are a couple features that I don't use, like the start/stop button (I use the foot pedal), but I absolutely love the needle threader as my older eyes have a harder time seeing the hole in the needle. It has lots of accessories, but I wish it had a 1/4" foot as it doesn't seem to have that marking on it. I would totally recommend the Juki, but be sure to do your research to figure out what model you really want and need as they make so many of them. I wanted a good quality machine but couldn't justify the pricing on other brands, and this one fits the bill just right.

Best machine
I have a weaving business and do a lot of sewing. Love this machine. It has both foot peddle and fingertip operating. Only took me a few day to get use to operating it with fingertip. Would not go back to foot peddle. It goes through thick jeans with ease. Been using it every day for over a year. I owned several sewing machines in the past. . This is by far my number one pick.
