Doorbell

I like the illuminated push button. Makes it easier to spot the doorbell. The product is really inexpensive, and that’s probably why my doorbell only lasted 11 months before it stopped working. It was good while it lasted though.

Works as advertised and is definitely well illuminated. My large fingers had some minor difficulty installing.

It works, is illuminated and metal casing. Simple design Should last 10 years

You get what you pay for

The button housing is bulky and cheap looking. I will keep it for now, but intend on changing it soon for something made of metal. It does make the doorbell ring and also is very bright.

Worked for 6 months then fried my doorbell

There’s a design flaw with this doorbell. When the temp drops a lot the button becomes sticky and will get stuck. Mine got stuck and fried my doorbell chime. The first time I was smelling burning plastic and hearing a buzzing noise for a few minutes after some guests arrived and realized the doorbell was stuck. I cleaned the doorbell but noticed it was the cold temp that was affecting it more. It got stuck again a few more times until the doorbell eventually fried my chime. I don’t recommend this product at all, it’s very poorly made.
