Ok value , not perfect but works well
Works fine, good value. Isn’t 100% true, slight wobble but straightens out under load once bit contacts surface to drill.

Made in china
It's a good Chuck but after watching the sellers video about how they choose the finest factories to make their products I wasn't expecting something coming from China.

Great replacement for the drill press
I had really bad run out on my drill press and this chuck is leaps and bounds better. I haven't ran a caliper on it but appears to be spinning true. I align my piece and it drills where I need it, so it's good enough for me.

Great quality for the price!
I was about to throw out my old drill press from the 70's. Cleaned up the shank and slapped this new chuck on. Works great! Strong grip, excellent value for the price.

It works for me
I was given an 8-inch General Machinery Corporation drill press without a chuck. It was found with a "Free" sign on it outside a shop being vacated. The drill press needed some cleaning up but otherwise was ok. I didn't want to spend much money for a chuck and saw this one. I have a 12-inch Delta drill press and it's chuck would have fit this drill press, but it was quite a bit more than I wished to pay. This one is a little bit larger but no big deal. Some reviews have stated that it's somewhat hard to open, but I didn't find that to be the case. Is there a wobble to it? I didn't notice any, but could feel just a barely perceptible, ever so slight buzz when I placed my finger against the chuck while it was spinning. I don't intend to use the drill press for extremely precision work so I'm certainly satisfied with this chuck.

Good for the price
Pros ? 1) price 2) availability . Cons ? 1) lots of run out ( out of balance wobble ) There is a lot of wobble on this Chuck that seems to stem from the toothed upper ring that is used to tighten the Chuck with the key . My previous Chuck was worn but had absolutely no wobble ( run out ) . This one wobbles out of balance pretty bad especially once you get to higher speeds . Not sure of the warranty since this Chuck was totally generic and unbranded . No instructions or printing of any kind on the plain white box that was dripping with heavy weight oil . This will probably go back for a refund depending on how after the sale issues are handled . I will update and modify my review as needed to be fair . Until then … unfortunately I’d avoid this product .

Good chuck for the price
Needed a good cleaning and lubrication before it operated smoothly. For a cheap chuck it holds bits well and the runout is acceptable for most around the house jobs that need a drill press. If you are doing metalworking spend more and get something more accurate.

Good product, delivered on time.
Purchased as a replacement chuck for an old MM drill press. Chuck better than the original ever was. No probs.

RECEIVED ITEM PROMPTLY (SIGNED UP FOR AMAZON PRIME)
THE CHUCK WAS BETTER QUALITY THAN THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S & CAME PRELUBRICATED & IN A PLASTIC BAG WITH THE CHUCK KEY (KEYLESS CHUCKS TEND TO BE OK FOR LIGHT LOADS BUT WHEN USING LARGER BITS & HEAVIER LOADS THEY OFTEN RESULT IN THE DRILL SHANK COMING LOOSE IN THE CHUCK JAWS CAUSING SCORING ON THE SHANK WHEREAS THE KEYED CHUCK SELDOM HAS THIS PROBLEM. IT'S A TRADE OFF ; FASTER BIT CHANGES WITH THE KEYLESS CHUCK VERSUS TIGHTER GRIP ON THE BIT WITH THE KEYED CHUCK.

Great Value!
A neighbour put a used drill press out for the garbage. It was fine except that it did not have a chuck. I checked Amazon and found this one at a great price. I made a guess as to the taper (JT33) and I was right! It was a perfect fit and the press works. As a bonus --- the chuck will take larger bits that the original!!!!

Great fit went on with out a problem
By the picture it looks smaller than my old one. But not so just as large as the one I took off.
