Great for what I paid, they are good mitts but I had to duct tape the back cloth/fabric after a few weeks. It began tearing where that hand is sewn to the pad. (this stopped the tearing-retaped every week or so). I was using them quite a bit. `

Use these more then any mitt in the game. I like them. They work. Not to heavy, not to big. Give you the pop you want!

Perfect for speed

Mediocre for purpose but worth the $

These mitts are middle of the road for their intended purpose. Their intended purpose being for light work focusing on speed/accuracy at your gym or to stuff in your carry on to warm up your fighter at an out of state event. I would not recommend these to anyone as an "all purpose" punch mitt, to beginners, for anyone who wants to bang with their mitts (sounds funny huh?), or to anyone who wants something to hold up for a lifetime. You will get what you pay for and at $25 dollars they have served me well for the 6ish months I have had them. So far all of the stitching has been holding up. The striking surface has been holding up and even still have the logo. The pocket that holds your hand also seems to be holding up. The cloth back where your palm and finger tips contact the back of the mitt has ripped in a couple places. It is ripped where the fingertips are/little holes at the top of the pic and also near the palm/stars on both of my mitts. I have patched that up with duct tape and they still work. Some safety concerns are with open finger design on the back, bigger hands, and such small mitts; your fingers can hang over the top edge of the mitts (mine have)if you aren't careful which obviously could be problematic. So be aware or you could injure a finger if you have ET hands. Second one is padding. Use them for their intended purpose and you will be fine. Use them for heavy punches/kicking/elbows/knees for prolonged periods of time and you may experience some elbow/wrist/shoulder pain. Pros: Price, very light, good for speed work, promote accuracy in a fighter with small striking surface, good for travel. Cons: Durability, not for beginners, not good for heavy hitters/heavy use I did not purchase them on Amazon but at another website so I can't talk about the shipping. Hope that was helpful.
