A roller that holds my big frame up without risk of breaking.

Im 6ft 280lbs and have broken my share of foam rollers or just plane crushed them beyone recognition. This roller is built solid and enables me to roll my neck and shoulder areas without fear of getting hurt by a collapsing roller. I can even crack my back with it. Every fat kid needs one of these. Built rock solid.

Good size for travel and overall good value

I noticed that there is a single star review that have pulled the average ratings down. This is quite unfair as it relates to a seller/ transportation issue rather than about the product itself. I have owned a good number of foam rollers and I can say this is like a little brother of the Triggerpoint grid roller. It is smaller which not only makes it good for travelling and going deeper on certain parts. The ball (as with any Lacrosse ball) is great, I have a spot on my shoulder where this hits the right spot and offers a good bit of relief. This is not going to be the main foam roller but a good secondary one after you get a bigger and slightly longer ones. That said, so far, they have held up with weekly use. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement, they could have provided one or two more balls of differing densities and perhaps a cap for both ends of the roller to store the ball.

Use it as a posture corrector try it!!!

Pretty good material I have 3 lumbar disc herniated my body ask me for lumbar support to get correct posture as you see here in pics I attached a belt trough the tube and use it as a belt giving push in my back while standing awasome fix all my pain just with a little be of support. I'm not looking forward for surgery so I will do wherever is needed wearing it is not hard just get alose t-shirt and u will be fine. Adjust as needed thought out the day. You will love it. I don't really do excersises with it but helps me more as posture corrector. Try it anything is Better than surgery with rods and screws inside you changing your natural shape Becarefull with surgery

Not the firmness I was hoping for in the roller, but a good combo

Less firm that even the white foam roller (black is firmest, then white, then this...), but it was great to travel with and put in my gym bag (especially with its own bag that contains everything neatly). It still gets the job done, just wish it was a tad firmer. The ball is firm but lightweight, and withstands a lot of pressure without any deformation; therefore, a great addition and tool. A good combo to bring with you to the gym or on your travels to keep those myofascial layers moving.

Great product, size and results!

Not as soft as a traditional foam roller (so it hurts a little more to roll out my muscles), but I love, love, love the size and results! This fits great in a suitcase, overnight duffel or sports bag. I keep my yoga straps for additional stretching inside the roller in the bag, which is handy. My knee pain completely disappears when I use this to stretch out my IT band!

This item is fantastic. It works as stated and my husband with a bad back has already found some relief with the roller and ball. The guide book is great. Many of the muscle relief exercises are also used in therapy and they have beginner and advanced directions. My daughter, who is a massage therapist, ask me to order her one and she said it was the perfect size for her back and neck. It is very sturdy and made well and I like that you can use the storage bag with the ball to do the exercises.

Great little guy

I love having this roller and the ball in my dorm room for when I get back from practice. It really is very short, but so far it has worked very well for me and done all I need it to do. I'm very glad I did not order a solid foam roller as those have always proven too soft for me. This roller helps me roll out and even pop my back. The ball is very helpful in getting hard to reach spots and just an extra hard roll out.

great foam roller

I have tried a few massage rollers and found that some of the cheaper foam only ones are not hard enough, or began to lose their shape after repeated usage. This is one I've been using for about 7 months now and I still really like it. It was helpful that it came with the little book of instructions with photos as well. I have found that the small ball roller is often too intense for me.

Loving my new massage roller!

The GoFit Go Roller has many positive features and just a few things that could make for a slight improvement. Firstly, the roller itself is effective in quite literally rolling out the muscles, giving a good stretch and giving deep pressure with relatively little discomfort. I have only had the Go Fit roller for a few weeks so can't fully comment on its durability. On first use the inner tube, which is made of plastic made a few concerning cracking noises, but I don't think any damage was done. At least none that the eye could see. Ive found it is best to use the roller on a firm surface but not necessarily a very hard one. e.g. Ceramic floor, hardwood floor. The best amount of pressure is achieved with the use of an exercise mat. As others have noted, the size is a bit small. To be fair, it is not as though the dimensions were left as a mystery. They are as described, I just feel that the roller could have perhaps been an inch or two longer and still been able to achieve the compact "travel" appeal that it was going for. I also question the merit in the shapes on the foam roller itself. I'm sure it is for pressure points or something, but I find it can occasionally make it too intense, or perhaps not add much value to the roller. The ball itself while simple, seems to be just the right firmness and size for me and my aches! That's about all of the insight I can provide there. Some extra bonuses are many exercises provided in the manual (makes me wonder if purchasing an extra book to go along with the set, as sold by the same company is necessary). Lastly, the bag itself. Sometimes it can be the little things that make the product more enjoyable. The bag isn't overly flashy, and mercifully it is easy to get the product in and out. Can be tucked and stored away very easily. In summary: Pros: roller seems durable, many exercises included in manuals, ball isn't too hard/too soft, great bag for portability Cons: roller seems a bit too small in length, could go without the divets in the roller

Roller rocks, ball is useless.

Excellent roller, it is more intense than regular full foam rolller. Size is perfect for travle and portability. Ball is pretty useless. Basically a plastic ball with no texture. Either get rid of it or hopefully they add a ruberized surface for grip and some texture to it.
