Solid purchase

I've had this black 24 inch roller for 6 months and am quite happy with it. I'd buy it again. (1) DURABILITY: It has held up well; it is quite sturdy. I use it 2-3 times a week. (2) FEEL/STIFFNESS: The foam has remained stiff after the break in. i.e. I'd describe it as stiff with a little big of give (which is what I wanted). (3) SEAM: I use it with a shirt/shorts on and do not notice the seam when using. i.e. I cannot feel it on a roll. I would not have noticed it, except for reading the reviews before purchasing. It is a non-issue with this product in my opinion (for non-obsessive and non-ultra-sensitive folks), but it is there. I read a number of reviews on different products, and the seam was often a topic. It is the width of a FLAT rubber band, maybe a bit less. it is a non-issue for me. (4) SIZE: I went with the 24 incher to take up less space (for storage) than the 36 incher, and it's fine for front & back rolls, with just a modicum of practice. (5) COLOR: The black looks good. Good bang for the buck.

High quality at great price!

I just received this "speckled red" foam roller last week. Was a little skeptical since the product was new and didn't have reviews but I loved the color as it is much better looking than all those black rollers you see everywhere. I chose RED as I am a Wisconsin Badgers fan and it looks great. I have been using the roller daily for my at home workouts after weights or spinning as part of my stretching routine. I've used these at many fitness facilities over the years. I can confirm this one is certainly "high density" since it will not lose its shape and shows zero sign of usage...and my wife and I use it daily. It is unlike some lower quality rollers I have owned in the past that lose their shape and start to form a curve after repeated use. 5 stars for sure. Pro's are its high density, Made In USA (love that), love the added color and price is great for the quality. Only con is if you are looking for a softer (more pool float material) this one will be much firmer than that.

I have no idea what Im doing..but its Solid!!

I have seen a few YouTube videos of people using things like this, so I figured I need one. I roll around on the floor with my body on it, I'm 200lbs 5ft 8in. As I roll on this with my back, I hear my spine popping... is that good? bad? no idea but I'm doing it anyway. I definitely feel it pushing my thigh and calve muscles with little effort. I like the color with the sparkles of blue. It was longer than I expected, not complaining I have space for them. So just read the measurements if that's important for you. It's also very light. It sounds hollow, but iv put my whole body on it, and it hasn't collapsed or cracked on me yet.

Have back, hip, etc. issues? These rollers will feel like a massage, pushing the lactic acid out, opening the lymph glands, circulating blood to the sensitive areas. Depending on the pressure can feel like a deep tissue massage. Our athlete daughter plays a Division I sport and the whole team uses them before and after training. They are instrumental in recovery. These are nice and firm, roll easily. I purchased both the 2' and 3'. The 2' is good for thighs, calves, upper back, shoulders, arms and it easy to switch from side to side. The 3' covers a whole body roll, side body, two legs at a time thighs to toes, buttocks to heel, length of single leg, or a complete back roll. Will not slip on you and comes in fun colors. Great when you are in front of tv or just during or prior to a meditation session.

Artículo de gran utilidad en el ejercicio en casa

Este aditamento lo utilizo en mi ejercicio personal en casa, en particular para ejercitar las piernas, brazos y abdomen, todo ello en piso. Proporciona un muy buen soporte para realizar ejercicios para los que acostumbrarlos hacerlos con este tipo de cilindros. Su gran firmeza soporta perfectamente el peso de mi cuerpo y en ningún momento parece que pudiera doblarse o romperse, aún así es muy ligero para maniobrarlo.

Si estas buscando algo más flexible, no te lo recomiendo la textura es firme. Funciona para lo que quería pero no es tan suave.

Alivia el dolor de espalda, recomendable muy buena resistencia, al principio lo vi y no me convencio porque se ve de unicel y caro en precio
