Go-to product for technical wash
Used for all of my technical outdoor clothing like Arc’teryx, Lululemon, HH, any goretex products, and wool products KariTraa, smartwool, swix, and I have had no problems so far on hand wash/delicate/wool.

Cleaner works very well
Cleaner works well, but it mostly dissolved my jacket lining

rendering the squirt cap useless unless you are willing to guess
Very clear washing instructions. Only weird thing. They provide a convenient pop top but you are supposed to measure out the cleaner in capfulls...rendering the squirt cap useless unless you are willing to guess. As advertised it definitely revives goretex and has absolutely no scent. Context: I use my goretex jackets a lot. Daily wear, long hikes in all four seasons, snowshoeing, cross-country/downhill skiing. I consider my jackets to take above average but not extreme abuse. My most important tip regarding an insulated jacket: Essentially all reviews and instructions from cleaner/coat manufacturers do not specify how to approach an insulated goretex shell. They sell a different product for down insulation (use the right one!), but I decided to pull the trigger on my arcteryx goretex shell with synthetic insulation. There was one difference I found important; drying time was slightly longer, and I dried on lower heat after the outer shell dried out a bit to keep the ripstop nylon exterior from getting too hot while the insulation dried. It worked great. Not only does the performance of the shell work better as promised by both the arcteryx and revivex manufacturers but I noticed a marked improvement in the warmth of the jacket. It hadn't felt as warm after a couple of season and the wash really helped the loft. Second most important tip: Standard detergents can damage your shell. I ran the washer once with nothing in it (and no soap) to minimize residuals. Final tip: Arcteryx emphasizes that a front-load washer is best. Like most people I do not have one. The risk is in the jacket getting tangled on the agitator in the middle. I have not had a problem with this as yet. I absolutely WILL use this on my regular arcteryx beta. revivex is one of the recommended cleaners by arcteryx on their help page (by the way, check those out. super helpful). I also used the pro cleaner with the follow up spray on DWR. Also works great. I chose to do a second application of the DWR a few days later in high wear areas. The combo results in initial beading that is like-new. After a couple weeks this wears off, but still sheds great after months of heavy use. Just because the beading doesn't look cool and shake off doesn't mean it isn't working. I make the decision to wash and reapply DWR when the shell starts to remain slightly wetted with the wipe of a towel.

I can't find my tent now.
I bought this several months ago. I finally got a good day to clean my incredibly stinky tent. It's a 35 year old REI Mountain Dome. A 4-season tent that has seen lots of use 30 to 10 years ago but then sat in a damp basement for years. I was gagging when I found the tent in a box. It smelled like rotten milk. I aired it out. That did not do much. So today I tossed the tent in the tub & added the Revivex. Most of the container went to wash the tent. It really stunk. After about 20 minutes in the tub with the luke warm water & Revivex, I thought the tent disappeared. I could not smell it any more. I then used the rest of the packet on the rain fly & stuff sacks. Again, 20 minutes later, no more gross smell. No smell actually. The tent is dry now, no damage from the cleaning & the coating is still intact. I will no longer be able to find my tent by how bad it smells now.

Teeny tiny cost, does a great job of cleaning expensive coats
Works very well. I don't want to send expensive technical gear (Gore Tex, rain clothing, etc) through the regular wash, nor do I want to dry clean them. I think either of those options shortens the useful life and degrades the material. But this stuff works extremely well. Stains and general dirt are gone, and the colors are unaffected. For the tiny cost of a bottle (And only a very small amount is needed in each wash load), I highly recommend this product for cleaning your expensive coats and other gear.

Works great for stain removal at an unbeatable price
I've only used this once but already love it. I bought a new gore-tex pro north face shell for $350 and of course the first time I used it I got a nice grease stain on the front, courtesy of my tripod. After talking to a few people at REI and EMS they recommended I check online to see what is recommended for Gore-Tex stain treatment. This product was recommended, so I bought a bottle. For stain treatment they suggest mixing 1 part revivex with 3 parts water, then using a soft brush and the liquid to treat the stain. I applied the treatment, let it sit for a few minutes, then scrubbed the stain. I then used 3 capfuls of the revivex in the washer on delicate cycle with warm water, and washed the jacket. Followed up with 20 minutes on low heat to re-energize the DWR repellant, and this jacket is looking new again! Would standard Shout and regular laundry detergent have done the same thing? Possibly. Would I risk ruining a $350 shell just to save $10? No way.

Great but expensive
Great for goretex material clothing. This product does it's job and you don't need that much to create a nice lather. The directions suggest 3 cap full for each jacket, however, you can probably use 2 for each jacket. There is pretty much no smell to it so it'll probably be great if you're washing hunting gear so that you can reapply concealer scent without an overwhelming base scent. If you want your gear to actually smell fresh, then I would suggest using your normal detergent, however, you should find a really soft/light detergent so that it doesn't damage the goretex mater or prevent it from being water repellent. The only downside to this cleaner is that it is kinda expensive for the amount they give you. If you're not constantly washing your jackets and only doing it once or twice a year, then this would be a great product.

Buen Producto, Tapa inservible.

Used as part of a 2 part system.
I used this as part of a 2 part system to restore water resistance to a few jackets. I wasn’t too optimistic but thought I’d give it a try. We’ll, I was pleasantly surprised. This is the wash before using the restore product. Both are great and I have a couple rain jackets back. Great value as there are many applications in each packet.

Washes very well
Worked well with my Arcteryx Gore-Tex jacket. This will definitely last me quite a few washes. Not a big fan of the packaging, would have preferred the traditional bottle design for easier pouring but its not terrible by any means.

Worked As It Should
I used this to clean the coat of traces of household laundry detergent that I had originally used to wash the coat. Allows the Revivex In Wash Waterproofing to work properly.
