You get what you pay for and when I paid for it I knew what I was getting - the cheapest option. It lasted four months and only because I kept shortening it. The problem is it does not stand up to even a fresh breeze when it's got a 3'x5' flag on it. The minimal strain bends it and nearly breaks it at the base where it slots into the bracket. So you can snap it off every time that happens up until the point it gets too short. I have given it three stars, though, because that's pretty much what I expected and I bought it in that knowledge. I wouldn't buy again, though, unless I also bought a dowel rod to slide inside to see if that would make it stronger. It would have to be kind of a thin rod, though, under 3/4".

It'll work, but has a bad design plus cheap quality

I wasn't expecting amazing quality for a discounted price, but I was definitely expecting better than this. I haven't had a problem with the pole or bracket bending yet (as many others have), but I also don't see a lot of wind at my house. However, whether the bracket is cheap metal or not, it's also a bad design. The design makes the end of the pole butt up against the house, NOT the bracket. That means that the sharp edge of the pole slowly digs into the house, creating an unsightly mark that you will see whenever the flag is not up. It seems like such a silly oversight when they could have just looked at how other manufacturers designed theirs...

Heavy Duty with Good Sound Reduction

I bought these for the noise reduction for which they are good but I could not get the wrinkles out with ironing. I even ran them through a warm wash cycle and tried to iron them damp but there are still deep wrinkles.

Good quality

Good sturdy pole with swivel attachments so that the flag doesn't get stuck. The only thing we had a problem with was the angle of the mount. We want to display a Marine Corp flag below our American flag we had mounted on our porch. We will probably end up displaying it from our back porch by itself after bending the bracket a little to clear the overhang.

wrong post head

I appreciate the quick delivery since I wanted to post my flag, however I didn't receive the post in the picture. :-( I got the one with an eagle at the end. I mean, I was fine with it since it is an american eagle. The post itself is hollow but is working just fine for its purpose. It hasn't been windy out so I don't know how it will hold up.

Pole Works Great

Works fine, not flimsy and didn't fall apart. Yes, the bracket for mounting it is crap but what do you expect for the price. If you have a 3/4" mount already and need a new flagpole for your American flag, this pole works great. If you need a hefty pole mount then open your wallet and shell out a few bucks more for something better.

BEST FLAGPOLE!

I needed a flagpole with this width and dimension. All others are too big. Fantastic! this flag pole is so great and also jeffrey epstein didn't kill himself! I highly suggest getting this flagpole. 5 stars and fantastic seller!

Flying our flag...

For an economy flagpole, this one is pretty good. But just a touch of wind pulls it apart. Would like to have had stronger link connections of the three parts of the pole. instead of just a twist to put it together. Otherwise, a decent pole.
