Wakes you up when you need it; wakes your roommates when they don't.

Bought this clock at least a year ago with little to no issue. Still works, still bright, same sound...however, I am writing this review after having to review the snooze time. Tonight one of my roommates informed me that sometimes (this has happened more than once, apparently) that when I wake up from work (8:15AM) and turn off the alarm, it can go off AFTER I LEAVE for work (9:00AM) after me turning it off, making her have to go into my bedroom and turn it off since it wakes her up. It can't be the snooze, because it's only 9 minutes. And you can't set more than one timer on the clock...so, I don't know what's up with that. It's been a good run with this old fella, but I think it's time to chuck it in the bin for the sake of my roomie. If you're looking for an alarm clock that'll last you a year, you're in the right spot. Also, I'm glad that I'm not the only person with the issue of it switching from AM to PM out of nowhere. My dad almost grounded me for it once because he was tired of it going off at 7PM every day.

Do you know what time it is?

I have been using this alarm for 16 years now. It is Loyd and I need it. I have no hearing on one side and I wear Ahearn aide on the other and I have never slept thru this alarm. Bright LED and a back up battery incase you lose power. This is the one yo want two levels for the alarm and easy to see

Not very loud

If you hard of hearing and looking for a loud alarm clock, this is not the one. i bought this alarm clock so as to hear the alarm before it wakes up the wife. She hears the alarm and has to wake me up. I can hear the alarm only if pressed against my ear. Has a narrow footprint and easily can be knocked over when trying to reach for it to turn it off. The alarm on/off, loud/soft button is so small. it's hard to use.

Small and mighty

Don't let the size of this alarm clock fool you. It is very loud. You'll probably be happy with it even on the low setting. Unless you have very poor vision you should be able to manage the controls and read the screen easily enough though it is on the smaller side.

This clock is not for hearing impaired!!!!!

This is a very nice looking clock and very easy to set. The advertisement says that it is a loud alarm clock and that is why I ordered it. Sorry, but this is not a loud alarm clock if you have a hearing problem. I am really disappointed as I cannot hear the alarm without hearing aids and I do not sleep with them. I thought the clock could be returned if not loud enough, my bad, as I find the clock cannot be returned. The good thing is that I had also ordered another brand clock and it is SUPER loud.

Loud, simple, and easy to use.

There's plenty of negative reviews for this clock. I think those users expected a Cadillac for a Hyundai price...This is a cheap alarm clock, so don't expect perfect fit or finish. This simple to use alarm clock does exactly what it claims: It wakes me up! The alarm is very loud, and it has two settings, high and low. The low is a pretty typical volume, perhaps a little louder than average, and the high is loud enough to wake me with earplugs in. Buttons are easy to use, even in the dark. Display has a convenient dimmer setting. If you're sick of the pathetic beeps of modern alarm clocks, this is the clock for you!

Meh

I definitely don't think this alarm was rated at 95 decibels unless they did it right outside of the Daytona 500, but it's decently loud, doesn't do the trick for me though I am a very tough person to wake up in the morning. Also the AM and PM will randomly switch so I have to reset the entire thing each morning, which makes me wonder if it's even going off at all, idk because it wouldn't wake me up if it was Either way I asked for a refund and they let me keep the product with the refund, so if you think it might work for you there's 0 risk in doing so

LOVE IT... I know My NEIGHBORS can hear this ALARM

I looked for quite a while, spent lots of my time placing orders, and printing and replacing return shipment labels for exactly what this clock is!!! I know that sounds strange but this clock was every bit of the 5 others I literally couldn’t wake up to. And I’m talking about the vibrating alarms, bed shakers, as well as a couple of those with the 2 bells on the top of them you know the old fashioned looking ones. While they were all more expensive and so to speak “upgraded” however this clock is small and easy and ridiculously loud..
