I use this for various items

I use this for kindling, yard scraps, storage for sports equipment etc. It breaks down easily and is VERY sturdy. Better even than the last batch I got that lasted YEARS.

Big!

For those of you who likes to recycle, this is a good container to own. Its foldable for easy storage. Its way bigger than I thought it would be so when you open it to its full size, it does takes a bit of space. Its good for people who likes get togethers like picnics, backyard outings and such. The only thing that I didn't like about it is the fact the it does not have a lid or closing lid. If it grts full, make sure you transfer the recyclables in a large plastic bag. You can't transport this container "full" in your car because it will spill the contents. Its not handy for people with small cars to transoort when full. It won't fit well. I have a compact csr (Honda Insight) and it has a foldable back seats and hatch back door. Its still not handy to put the container inside the car. This product is good to have all around. You can use it to gather lawn leaves or store items you have in your garage, shed or storage room. Its sturdy and durable. When you fold it for storage or transport, it doesnt take much space and its very light.

Who would have thought I would spend so much time looking for a collapsible trash can for camping but in the end I decided on this one because I generally have liked the Camco products and ordered. The material looks like canvas and seems pretty heavy so I think it will hold up well. Other collapsibles I looked at came with zipper lids but was surprised this one did not. Guess I did not read the description close enough. I don't think lack of a lid will be too much of an issue as I am just using it as a garbage can for the campsite and think maybe a lid on it would get all gross from the garbage anyways. The other thing is that I tried a 30 gallon garage bag and it doesn't fit. I would think that I may need the larger 33 gallon bags - which is just fine by me.

Finely beat the laundry problem in Teen room

We have been struggling with getting our high school daughter to keep her cloths of the floor . Now I have this giant basket in one corner she is using it. I think teenagers have a different tolerance for dirty laundry then parents. When the pilled on the floor it is too easy to find something "OK" to wear. When everything is in a giant hamper it is too much trouble to dig through it. This hamper/trashcan is not the prettiest thing I have seen but is working!

Durable & Large Trash Can for Family Camping

Just received it today & shipping was very fast. It's very large & it looks durable. My reason for only giving 4 stars is that when it arrived the cardboard that secures it was already ripped off the product & there appears to be some wear marks as though it is not brand new. It's clean & seems to be fine but I just thought that was odd for it to be out of the original packaging. Looking forward to trying it out this weekend on a camping trip.

Best collapsible trash bin

This collapsible bin is extremely sturdy. Light weight for carrying around the yard picking up waste.

Durable, folds easily for storage. VERY useful.

I love this for when we go places with our RV or even for just wanting to throw up a receptacle for cans etc at a BBQ or other gathering. It's huge, and I can't find bags locally that are a great fit but it's also durable enough that if it's filled up in my garage I just jump it straight into the dumpster. The fact that it folds and stays in the folded position makes storage easy. When you release the retainers which keep it folded, it springs open easily.

Versatile

I actually use these for barrel racing practice for my horses. I love that they're the similar in width as a 55 gallong drum, would be nice is they were a bit taller though. The toggles at the bottom work decently to hold it in 'squished' form but they do pop open from time to time. They have also kept in good condition considering they live in my shed, get packed around by the horses, thrown to the ground, and sometimes hit durring practice. :D

Takes little space.

Will use it for camping for empty bottles. Can be used over and over, will last for years and will save from throwing bags in the dump.

Not the quality I expected at that price

I was disappointed. I had one of these containers before but it had a rigid plastic base. The new one does not have this rigid base so I can't drag it on the ground. A bit expensive for a lower quality item.
