Solid, thick, long chain

I’ve been using this chain for 3 years with an abus u lock. It is used to secure my bike rack and 2 bikes to my car. It is solid, heavy, and long enough to fit over all three items. I travel with my bike and often times after riding I leave my bike locked to my car to eat. People often ask me where I get it from. You can find one this thick or long at the bike store. I highly recommend it

Onguard Beast Chain

Heavy thick chain. weighs 14 LBS. i have seen some chains more thick than this but this chain is a monster. I use it with the Onguard U-lock to lock My Yamaha 125 CC scooter and my Honda 80 cc scooter. If they had a more thick chain than this I would buy it.

Too much for bikes

I was looking for a chain for locking three kid bikes and an adult bike to the railing in front of the house, and this chain is actually too much -- too heavy for the kids to manipulate -- too heavy to throw in a backpack for even a quarter mile ride for ice cream. I'm sure its great and really safe but it's too much for us.

On Guard Beast on Duty!

Some of the welded link leave something to be desired but all in all it's looks to be up to the task of keeping my motorcycle safe. I just hope i wont have to find out how tough it is really.

One heavy Beast!

Wow. I can see why they call this the Beast. If you plan to use this for a Bicycle, be aware that it is HEAVY. Not something you want to carry around with you on a ride. Amazing quality though. No concerns that anyone is going to steal my bike when this is locking it up with my OnGuard Boxer lock.

Very secure product

Needed to secure my generator to a equivalently strong floor anchored device. A friend who protects his BMW bike uses the same chain. His was tested, but ultimately left by thieves who went on to other easier pickings. They would have needed a cutting torch, but didn't have one with them that could do this beast. That why I got this chain. It is a substantial piece of security.

Good quality heavy duty chain

Heavy duty quality chain that has held up nicely in the backyard 24/7 for the past two years. No apparent rust that I can recall. I would buy another if the need arises. It's paired with 2 beast locks protecting my riding lawn mower.

Good buy but shoorter then the description

Good quality chain with good quality cover. It's hard to find a long chain like this. The only problem is the description. The description said bad information for the length. 210 cm is not 7 feet, it's 82 inch. I receive a chain of 6 feet (72 inch, 182 cm ). I receive a good deal and decide to keep it. I recommend.

Heavy, solid chain

Heavy duty chain will accommodate up to 14mm shackle lock easily. I measured mine and the length of the chain is 80 inches! I measured it laying on the flat surface making sure the chain was taut. 80 inches was what I got not 210 cm nor 7 feet as mentioned in the description! The "Beast" came up short by 3-4 inches.

Looks solid. Fair price. I took one star away because the wrap had a tear in It and one of the welded links weren't perfectly in line. Other than that, it'll serve its purpose and I've ordered another one as 7ft wasn't long enough for me.

Heavy duty chain

I use this lock to secure my ebike. It is heavy duty and I feel my bike is safe using this. I recommend it to anyone who lives in a high theft area.
