Love these!

They are so fun. I hope they help me with stand up paddle boarding. It’s nice that they are portable enough that I can bring them back and forth to the office to use with my standing desk.

More than meets the eye!!

Love how versatile they are and how fun they can be to use. Push ups are on a whole new level!! Also balance drills are much more effective. No brainer , just get them!!!

Not quality

One arrived in fine shape but the other had a crease mark in the top and was significantly deflated compared to the other. That had to be obvious when they were packaged. The shipping box was fine. Very disappointing. Waited too long to complain so I’m stuck with it. If you actually get 2 good ones they’re a nice item to add to your work out arsenal. If you order check them out straight away for defects.

Good balance pods

I have a bossa exercise ball but when I saw these pods I decided to buy them They are great for balance and when doing lunges etc. Good quality easy to transport would buy again. I like these better than the xl size the xl ods are flatter and dont balance as well buy these

What a workout!

Game changer to add these to my workout. What a core workout! Although some of my exercises are more difficult (because of the muscles being worked due to balance) my hands and wrists really appreciated these instead of the floor or a mat. Easy to carry in my bag to the gym.

Works well for home workouts . You can stand on them when using dumbbell to improve balance and proprioception.

Meh

One of them isn’t as inflated and I don’t think there is a way to inflate it so I think it’s defective. Sort of a waste of money if one isn’t useable.

ONLY ONE POD ARRIVED NOT TWO - Not happy

Box arrived stating PODS2-pack. Only one pod as enclosed with a small piece of paper directing to wall chart. The enclosed pod looked like it may have been on the shelf for a while and was floor stock. Not happy at all. If I could give no stars I would. I will now have to try and follow up with Amazon. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
