Nice Folding bike
I have read some of the negative reviews on this bike before , and I was a bit concerned about the quality of made because I had a really good deal on it. The bike I have received was well packed and it has good protections like rubber, plastic and styrofoam , the bike I had received was in good condition, it was not damaged at all, and I can unfold and fold it easily. After I unpacked and unfold my bike , I took a ride it was like a breeze, although it is a bit heavier than I expected but the quality of made is solid and for the price, I really don't have anything to complain. I am satisfied of this bike and I think Zizzo deserves a positive feedback from me.

Great bike until someone stole it
I bought this bike and rode it for 4 days on a camping trip. The folding and unfolding was smooth and I was able to adjust the seat and handle bar height with ease. Someone stole the bike last night so that’s the end of my review time. I will like to buy another one.

6'2.5" (189cm) 220lbs (99.5kg). Fits great!
This is an initial review. I am a large/xl guy, most things fit just slightly smaller than I need, the Ferro is slightly over, this happens on less than 5% of mass produced products I buy. So far I have very comfortably left the seat and handlebar posts between "max" and "1 notch below". Thank you to the Zizzo engineering team! The box was over-packed, if anything, which is great. The bike itself required minor adjustments, almost all of which were covered in Zizzo youtube videos, far less than I expected (slightly loosened handlebar locking mechanism, derailleur, inflate tires, tightened breaks after first ride, adjust handle bar grips for straighter wrists). This is the economy model for zizzo, so my thought process is to slowly upgrade overtime. I ordered a magnetic closure, to keep it folded, with the initial purchase and would highly recommend it (if its not included). **IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO SMELLS there is an "out of box" odor that is slightly noticeable in my poorly ventilated studio apartment, it was far less noticeable after the first hour I had it outside.** **As far as I can tell the included tool CAN'T make all the adjustments I personally needed out of the box, I used a philips head screw driver to adjust the reflectors, and an allen wrench to adjust the handlebar post locking mechanism. However, there is a label on the bike that says to get it adjusted by a professional, so I will not dock them, plus this is about the bike and not a "free" "multitool". The included tool looks cool, but could easily be more functional with phillips and allen heads on either end** 5 mile edit: The bike broke in nicely. Very comfortable for the size of wheel and the seat is better than I thought it would be. It handled small town off-streets/gravel rail-trail/hilly park-track very well. I did try full speed/7th gear/hardest peddling/high handlebar torque, on the town sidewalk/railtrail/park track at various points(uphill and down); if you are my size (+6' +220lb), then please know this is not going to be a bike that you can rip through an off road course on at full speed AND keep the bike forever, it certainly seems like it will hold up to it occasionally though. I think I got the last of the 2020/2021s and the 2022s claim to have a stronger frame so these issues might be null. Here is how I would rate the Ferro in straight comparisons. To my +30 yr old Gary Fisher with mods(10/10): Ferro is (5/10), these bikes really arent comparable. Full frame "big box" bikes ive ridden(6/10): compared to Ferro (9/10). Expectations for Ferro based on reviews and youtube (8/10): reality of Ferro for use case(10/10).

Easy to assemble and ride.
This bike is small and yellow. Great for zipping around my neighborhood and bike rides with my kid. Fits in my back seat when folded up, making transport easier than putting on a bike rack and a full size bike. Fun bike for short rides.

Disappointment For Me
I did over 30 years of road cycling so have experience. I stopped riding on the road as it became too dangerous and at my family's request. I live in a Resort now and just wanted a bike to ride within the Resort. I am 6' tall and the bike is Too Small for me which results in a struggle to ride since my legs can't get the extension needed to power the bike for movement. I have extended the seat to the limit and still too small. Because of it's size it is unstable to stand up on the pedals. The Seat is brutal for any type of comfort and I read that in other reviews, but being on a road bike hard seat for years, I thought no problem with this bike's seat...I don't feel I should have to buy another seat but I'm going to sell the bike anyway so it's not an issue. A lot of the folks at the Resort are riding the Electric bikes that are about the same size (20 inch Wheels). But I didn't have a problem with peddling and I didn't want the high expense of an E-Bike so went with this. This bike would be good for a smaller adult, using it for short rides around the neighborhood...

Broken out of box
I decided to buy this brand after researching and determining this brand was a cut above others. Imagine my surprise when the handle bar locking mechanism was broken, as in the missing piece necessary for locking the handle bar was not just broken off, it wasn't even in the box. I'm in the process of returning this one and will try this brand one more time once my money is refunded. Star rating will go one of two directions with attempt number 2. Update: So I got my replacement and was not disappointed! Packaging was much better and the bike was ride ready. The only thing I needed to do was air up the tires and make a minor adjustment to the front brake cable (it was a tad tight). I've ridden it for the past two weeks now as part of my work commute and am glad I gave this brand another chance. It handles a little differently from a "standard" bike, but once you get used to it (and the smaller tires) then you're in for a treat!

Chain issues
I like the bike, it’s light. Fun. But I’m having issues with the chain. Constant skipping. And it fell off a few times. I do ride it everyday back and fourth in nyc. I ride hard. But i don’t think the chain should skip the way it does. I tried watching a few videos and how to adjust. So far , it didn’t help

garbage quality products, terrible customer service
terrible customer service by zizzo company, the crankcase clucking the second day riding it, called zizoo in us and just gave me bunch of none sense, couldnt find anyone in canada to fix their factory defect, awful warranty, had to return it, garbage quality bike, flimsy handle bar, dont waste your money on this bike, buy other well known company, at they would stand behind their warranty,

Watched the useful instructional videos. Bike still does not unfold
I watched the instructional videos on how to unfold the Zizzo bike. It came out of the box in one piece and was easy to unfold but some of the parts were broken (after going to the bike shop). Sadly, I am returning this bike and I will probably not purchase a Zizzo again. Very disappointed.
