Maintenance out the box
I bought this several months ago. Rode it for the first time Saturday on 5/13. Immediately I knew something was wrong. The bike kept squawking every time the bike moves forward. It's the noise it makes when you brake. Kind of like the rubber chicken. It'll have mini brakes as you're riding so the whole time a loud obnoxious squawk will periodically sound. I took it to a local bike shop and they said the brake in the front wheel was too close together and was pinching. Not really sure what that means as I'm not a bike mechanic but it's the front wire with the screws that loops over the front wheel. He unscrewed the front and adjusted the brake and redid it with a wider gap and it was fine afterwards. Overall the bike was good. About 25lbs, easy to carry for short distances. I can lift it with 1 hand. Couldn't really find a good place to grip though so I just grab whatever I can reach if I need to lug it around. Brakes are good at stopping (squawking not included), and the handlebars are easy to navigate. Overall a good ride but mine came needing maintenance out the box apparently and costed me extra money which I am not happy about.

Perfect Commuter Bike
This bike is the perfect commuter bike. I ride my bike to the bus stop to get to work, and it fits perfectly next to me on the metro. It is very easy to fold and can be folded and unfolded easily in less than one minute. It’s a little heavier than it looks, but overall it is still pretty light.

Bought 4 of these and still going... and kids like em too.
These Zizzo bikes are amazing. With practice, they pack small - 2 can easily fit in the trunk of an SUV, comfortable ride, and good components. They can be ridden by both kids (about 8y and older) as well as adults, which makes them perfect for trips. The lighter weight Urbano is nice, at 23lbs, easy to move.

So light
Yes it's very light. I can go up and down the stairs without stressing. Seat is comfortable. Very agile. Nice and shiny. I just need to install accessories like lights and chain guard.

Good Enough for the $.
Good quality for the money. No adjustments needed out of the box. Shifts and brakes better than expected for a $429 bike. However, it's not 24lbs as described. Mine weighs 25.7lb (11.7kg). It's plenty light enough for a cheap commuter bike that I'll be dragging up onto the bus. BUT it's not 24lbs as described.

Shoddy and aggressive customer service
I'm only giving 2 stars because the bike is cleverly engineered. Folding is a snap and it looks not bad. My wife however, did not get a chance to try it out, as it arrived damaged. In the course of calling Zizzo customer service, the call had to be elevated, because the first CSR told her he could do nothing for her. And apparently, their warranty only applies in the US. The problem was described fully and accurately--broken cable cover--but they wouldn't even offer to send a replacement set of cables. At the price they charge, the way they treated her (I could hear most of the conversation from the basement, and she was not being unreasonable) and their complete lack of helpfulness is beyond the pale. If a warranty outside the US on an expensive bike--or helpful customer service--is important to you, don't buy their products. We will not ever again.
