Great buy easy set up

Easy set up! Getting the chemicals right is trickier than I thought. I like how easy it is to empty and wipe clean. You can screw a hose into a spout coming from the bottom side. I only purchased this 2 weeks ago and it's been used A LOT on my back porch and the water stays at 104 but drops a little after you've been in for a while but it's only 50-60 degrees outside so the heater works well. The delivery driver was a sweetheart and brought it on a dolly to my backdoor. So far this is my favorite thing I bought all year!

You can’t go wrong!

To be honest, I didn’t know if I would really enjoy a hot tub or not. I did know that I would like to try one, but did not want to spend thousands of dollars on a typical hot tub. The tub is very well constructed. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to air up, and about an hour to fill. The tub took about a day and a half to reach the 104° Mark, but I live in a colder climate. I’m from Buffalo New York, I’m sure you’ve heard about our winter storms recently. I have this tub on my back patio exposed to the weather. The tub only lost 3° in 24 hours with negative temperatures and 6 feet of snow piled on top of it. I was leery about the firmness of the sides, but I can literally put my full body weight on it and the tub side only moves about 3/4 of a inch. The fit and finish is awesome, the inflated cover fits tight, and the straps hold it firmly in place. The pump with the controls has been flawless. The Wi-Fi option is great to keep tabs on your tub when you’re away from home for a period of time. At this point, I like this tub so much I may not invest in a hard tub. It’s perfect for relaxing although I wouldn’t recommend it if you were looking for Hydro muscle therapy. At this point, I have to give this hot tub an A+. It has done everything I wanted, and even more.

Great and Sturdy

Honestly had been on the fence about these for about a year. After seeing some of the other models that friends had, we decided to pull the trigger on this one. Absolutely no regrets. From all the models I've seen by this brand, they are all sturdy and heat up surprisingly well (after the initial 24 hrs). If you are looking to fit multiple people, go with this one or a larger one! This rates 4-6 people but three is honestly a crowd. Perfect size for two people though. Don't even want to know how much of a barrel the 2-3 person is... If this will be used for more than yourself at one time, spend the extra money for this one or one of the square models. Great hot tub and easy to set up (no external tools or equipment needed).

Inflate the darn thing? Hit the bubble button ????

When you got to inflate it you need to hit the bubble button. That will turn on the air for it to inflate. Seems pretty straight forward but it wasn't in the instructions and it took me longer to figure that out than anything else even with youtube vids. Just hit the bubble button ????????. Other than that set up was extremely east and I absolutely love it. I wish the filtration system was a little stronger and I haven't made it through a PA winter with it yet but so far its been lovely. It is well worth it for the price and convenience. I have mine in my garage with a dehumidifier and my husband and I use it every night. The day to day maintenance is a little more than a typical spa if you use it every day but that's really just bc its a smaller amount of water you're working with. I also specifically bought this one.bc it had freeze shield. I live in PA and a hot tub that can't be used under 40° is useless. Over all I would reccomend this portible hot tub but will know 100% after the winter. It also comes with an insulated cover. The temp tends to stay up well but i typically leave it at least partially covered, it only really drops when the bubbles are on and its cold. I wrapped denim insulation around the tubes connecting to the filter and heater but am unsure of that has helped maintain the heat since I've done this since I set it up. Hopefully my review helps and I'll update after winter

Amazing product. Met all my expectations and beyond!

I love everything about this product. I wasn't sure how the comfort would be with out seats in the hot but but I actually prefer it. Extremely comfortable soft bottom and you can lower your body down to be fully submerged. The air bubbles feel very therapeutic with our drilling into your back like a regular jet. Stays on temperature. The set up was quick and easy and we were enjoying the hot tub with in two hours of set up. We ran a hose from a hot water valve in the house direct into the tub. I would recommend doing that if you can. The initial heat up would take many many hours other wise. 10 + ⭐

Leaked water in the liner and is now unusable after only 4 months.

Not good quality. Set it up and after a few weeks the water level kept going down. It was inside a gazebo so the water wasn't evaporating. Found the water was seeping into the walls and when we went to take it down, the water inside the walls was so heavy we couldn't get it out. It is not usable now. For $1300 and no way to replace I am extremely ticked!
