Great handle

Good size. Nice handle. The outside of the splatter guard gets very HOT. I found out by accidentally hitting it with the side of my hand. Found it hard to clean. Not able to get some splatter marks out. When it heats up again, it smokes. Hand washed and also ran it through the dishwasher, and can not get it out.

Not a flimsy little screen !

This is a wonderful splatter screen, probably the best one I have ever purchased and well worth the money. At first, I thought, do I want to invest that much money in a splatter screen when I can get one for a couple of bucks somewhere ? But after looking at the construction, I ordered. I was very pleased when it arrived. This is no flimsy, open mesh type of screen. This is generous in size to fit any skillet or pot, has a very tightly woven screen which prevents ANY splatters and it has a stainless steel frame and handle support. Along with a comfortable handle, it is in constant use and washes easily. Love it.

How did I live without this item

This item saves so much clean up and keeps you from getting burned by splashes of oil and sauce .., easy to clean ... exceeded my expectations

Okay so far

Just got it so I haven't tried it yet, but what stands out right off is that the "tabs" they have on it don't all fit inside my 10" Lodge cast iron skillet, so it doesn't sit flat. But you can offset it a little and you can get it to sit flat. They need to make them a little closer in. But the overall quality seems okay so far, and it seems to be built okay.

I don't fry often but when I do I can't help getting splatter all over the stove. This stops that cold. I can put it in the dishwasher so it is easy to clean up too. The fact that it has a sort of stand is a extra bonus. It was very fairly priced and is well made. Long story short is it does the job as intended, did not cost a lot, cleans up easily and all around is a good deal.
