Works very very well
I bought new furniture for the deck and it requires teak oil and Nutella I hired to paint the furniture at first was skeptical but found the utility of this glove over the top. He never used a painters glove before and I'm sure he's going to be using one for every project he does in the future that concerns chairs or tables for something that needs intricate handiwork.

I was procrastinating on painting the upstairs banister in my home because I knew it was going to be a tedious job. After watching a video on the Internet where a woman painted her outside railing with a car washing mitt and that sent me straight to purchasing the Wooster Brush. Holy Cow! This mitt made it so easy and I’ve completed the entire thing in under 30 minutes. But wait, there’s more! I took the mitt off and placed it inside a plastic bag because I thought I was finished but realized I still needed to do the downstairs railing. I had no problem slipping my hand back into the mitt to continue my work. The Wooster Brush didn’t fall apart nor rip while in use. The mitt will fit a medium to large size hand so it was a little big for my small paws but the elastic cuff was comfortable enough so that it didn’t slip off while in use. You need to use a lint roller on the outside of the synthetic fibers to remove some of the extra fur before use. Underneath the outer synthetic fiber is a plastic lining covered by some cotton cloth. Initially, my hand didn’t get dirty or stained because I slipped on a plastic over my hand to do the upstairs banister but I totally forgot to put another bag on my hand when doing the downstairs railing. There was minimal paint on my fingertips once I pulled the mitt off the second time. I am not sure if it can be used again if you were to wash it because I didn’t try to clean it because of the dark color paint I used. I highly recommend this product.

Did not work for Deck Spindles
As I had a two story deck spanning my entire house I really wanted the Wooster Brush Paint Mitt to work, but that definitely wasn't the case. The mitt is huuuge, well the outside of the mitt is anyways. This mitt has an outer layer and an inner layer. The inner lay is substantially smaller than the outer layer. I am focusing on this because when I went to paint the spindles I would close my hands, but the outlayer would not close, making it difficult to wrap around the spindles. Another downside of this product is the size of the mitt. It takes too much paint to cover this thing and if you are paining in a hot day latex paint will drip all over. I unfortunately cannot recommend this product. After 5 minutes of use, I took this mitt of and used a garden glove that head this form fitting plastic with cloth over the top. That glove worked like a charm.

Doesn't work well for oil-based stain
Purchased this mitt to use in staining friend's deck with oil-based stain he purchased. Maybe these work better with water-based stain or paint. Found that after loading it with stain from bucket and tried applying to vertical pieces (spindles/whatever you call them). Pretty quickly found outer part of mitt, which is pretty large, it began sagging and pulling away from my hand making it difficult to manage amount of stain I was trying to put on all surfaces. Plastic liner did work well - my hand did not get stain on it. Maybe if cloth part was a little smaller and would not stretch out of shape, it would work better.

Great value
We used two of these to paint the spindles on a deck. They worked perfectly. We washed them between coats and there wasn't any problem. Because of the low price, we will probably just toss them in the garbage and buy several new ones to keep in our paint box to use for our future customers.

Fast way to paint spindles
Used for painting primed wood stair spindles with water based silk white quick drying paint. Much quicker than a brush but you need to apply at least two coats as the paint is applied in a thin coat and also use a brush to remove paint runs. Hand remained free of paint. Wash glove straight after use. Would use again for fiddly jobs. My Wooster brushes have served me well so that's why I chose this brand.

Ok but pricey
Works well enough though pricey enough not to be disposable. B&Q sell a car polishing mitt for £1.49 which is just as good (wear a plastic inner glove) and cheap enough to throw away!
