Great quality
The gloves are great. Even though I bought the used ones they might as well have been new. I use them every week for sparring.

Not a great fit for me
I really wanted to like these. I'm a 5'6" 135lb female with large hands... I train 4x per week and I have been a consistent Fairtex user for years. I have heard good things about Windy so wanted to give them a shot. I like the feel of a 12oz glove, so that's what I got in the Windy. They are real leather and seem to be very well made so no complaints there. But the fit was awful for me. The rigid bars in the palm of your hand when you close your fist are SO bulky. It also seemed like the leather was bunching up around the bars, so it felt like I was punching with a towel in my fist. My thumbs are long, and they were getting absolutely crushed with every strike (not an issue I have with Fairtex gloves). And there's something off about the angle of the padding, because when you strike it kind of forces your wrist up in an uncomfortable way. These are being returned, I am not a fan AT ALL.

Punchy punch
LOVE these gloves. I've always been a fan of Windy. I mainly use these as sparring gloves, but they work just as well for hitting pads/bag

Love these gloves
Amazing wrist support due to the extended cuff and generous hand compartment for wraps. High quality leather gloves.

I love Windy gloves, but the velcro doesn't seem to last long...
My training regimen often requires me to put on and take off my gloves multiple times during a session. Unfortunately, the Velcro starts to lose its adhesiveness relatively quickly with this practice (this is my 3rd pair of these gloves) - though, this might happen to most gloves. Usually each pair goes through one or two new Velcro replacements by a cobbler before the leather wears out. I still love these gloves though - otherwise well made and comfortable.

Solid gloves all around
Love Windy gloves. Made well, solid velcro strap, fit securely. I've training and teaching kickboxing a long time. Windy, Fairtex, and Yokkao are the best in my opinion. I like that they run a little big as i usually wear 16 to 18 ounce gloves. Great product as i have 3 pairs of their gloves and 1 pair of shin guards.

Good quality, short break in.
Quality glove. I've been using 2-3 times a week for 3 months in Krav Maga classes. At first the tips of my fingers were going numb from being snug and my thumb wasn't very comfortable. After wearing for a 2nd class they were broken in and feeling good. The cuffs are padded, as is the hammer side of your fist for blocking kicks. The leather and stitching is top notch. The wide velcro closure makes these go on and off fairly easily. I don't use wraps in these and they fit well. I'm 5'10" 185lbs with larger hands. 16oz fits snug and feels almost too tight until broken in. But the snugness in the fingers allows you to grab someone into a clinch.

Better than Everlast. Probably not the best.
Used these Windys 3 hours a week for almost 2 years before the stitching on the both wrists blew off(about 400+ hours of use). Put them through padwork, bagwork, and sparring. For genuine leather made in Thailand, I expected them to last longer than 1 year and 11 months. Granted, even though the stiching is undone I can still use the glove without any issues. Anyways, I spray them every time after I use it with Lysol and they still smell good. For 55 bucks, I'll give it 4 stars. But right now they are being sold for $99 and I would not pay that much for these gloves again. Going to try Twins Special for my next pair of gloves.
