Sz 24 fit 8 yr old great

I picked the red and black color to match black rash guard shirt . It’s perfect to wear under a wetsuit . Baggies bunch up and make it uncomfortable for my kid . These are perfect to wear under a shortie or full suit . Stays in place . Works great alone as well with waves . It fits perfectly on our 8 yr old. We ended up ordering an additional pair in the blue green as back up so there is always a pair ready to go . Really impressive quality, it’s on par with the other items we have from this brand . Was not disappointed! My kid loves them , says it’s better then the baggies

These are great. But they run small. So when in doubt, size up!

I bought the 24 for my thin 10 year old that plays waterpolo. They do need to be on the tight side for waterpolo, but unfortunately, these were just too small. He would have been better with a 26+ But don't let this stop you from buying them. They are great swim suits. Well made. Good colors. Comfortable. Just size up if in between sizes!

Size 24 fits a Hefty 6-year-old

Ordered: Size 24 M (8/10) 51 - 56 55 - 80lb 23.5 - 25 My athletic near 6-year-old son asked me for tighter swim shorts. He's always worn the typical baggy swim trunks (with drawstring) but recently he realized a tighter short may increase his speed in the water. I found these and was immediately attracted to the jewel-toned color options and thicker material, Durafast Lite. These briefs fit him well so I would definitely say they run on the smaller size since he is not yet a regular M 8-10 (which is what the size chart attributes as a size 24). The color is an emerald green and black pattern and they are triple stitched. These briefs wash and dry well with similar colors/materials. No complaints from the wearer either. Depending on how long these last, I may end up purchasing another brief in a different color.

The best

TYR ranks as pretty much the best swimwear out there. And this did not disappoint. The youngest does not like the 'euro' styling but it's what he needs for swim team. What makes these great is that they don't really stretch, fade or shrink -- although the latter can happen if put in a hot dryer. They can be machine washed and air dry and be ready to go in no time. The battery is nice. The build is absolutely top tier. A perfect suit. Youngest does say he'd like to have a set of jammers to balance things out.

Runs small

I got a size 22 for my 5 year old son. He is very small for his age, especially his waist, he has a 4T size waist. The size chart says a 22 is for sizes 6/7, I would say this is inaccurate. 6/7 is huge on my son and these fit him perfectly. I would recommend to order up one size. I also really like that there is a waist tie on the inside, it really helps to make sure the briefs are secure and fit well. The color and design is very pretty in person. I am very happy with this swimsuit!

Great quality

I got what is equal to a size 8 in kids I believe . Great quality , has tie in front for adjusting . Nice wide gusset . Exactly what we needed for summer water activities . Looks like it’s made so it won’t budge going off the high dive !

Great suit

This suit is high quality and it fits my 4 year old perfect. I love the tie to get the best fit. The colors are great. This will be a great suit for summer time in the pool!
