Great product
I’m using this cord to create a rope basket. I’m embroidering on the rope the continuing to shap the cording into a bowl.

Seems Legit!
When my clothesline broke after five years, I made the mistake of researching different types of clothesline materials, which nearly drove me bonkers. I wasn't sure what my original one was, but it seemed mostly synthetic. I checked out my neighbor's and he had cotton. So many pros and cons, cotton holds knots better but sags more, synthetic is harder to knot but might last longer, plastic coated metal seemed sturdy but how easy would that be to put up, would I need extra hardware to clasp it or would the coating crack? WAY too many factors for what should have been a simple purchase. After reading 8 million reviews on Amazon and other various articles, I decided on this one: Cotton but with a "synthetic core". Seemed like a good compromise, would knot well and yet hopefully sag less. Only time will tell, and I will update this if anything drastic happens, but so far it seems like a good choice. It was wound well, so unraveling was pain-free, no crazy tangles. I restrung it to my existing pulleys with ease and in only a few minutes. It knotted very easily much to my relief. Hung a full line of clothes and it does sag somewhat but so did my old one, I can't say it sags any unusual amount and I add a "spreader" to decrease sagging. I HIGHLY recommend a tensioner for clotheslines, it makes it so easy, you only have to make one knot to the one end of the tensioner, then you can just feed the other end of the line through the other end of the tensioner. Tightening is easier later with one too, just pull it a little tighter, no untying anything. It's slightly thicker than the synthetic one I had, but fits my pins fine and seems sturdy. I do notice the weave is looser than what I'm used to though, so I'm hoping it won't fray very quickly, but only time will tell. The price was great. If I can get another five years from this one, I'll be perfectly happy.

Don't bother, this wasn't any better than the cheapest option, though it cost twice as much
I needed 100 feet of clothesline, and wanted a rope with a cotton outer layer, nylon/poly core, and the highest possible weight rating. Amazon has many options costing as little as $6 for 100 feet of clothesline with around a 40 pound working load and 3/16 inch diameter, but I paid $11 for this T.W. Evans Cordage Evandale rope because it is advertised as having a working load of 56 pounds and 7/32 inch diameter, and I've seen this brand before in local stores - from many bad online purchase experiences in the past, I've grown wary of buying low-priced made-in-China brand names I've never heard of. I wasted my money. The actual T.W. Evans Cordage Evandale clothesline has a working load of 42 pounds according to its own label (see my attached photo), not 56 pounds as advertised on this Amazon page, making it about the same strength as nearly all the other options here on Amazon that cost almost half as much. Yes, it's also made in China, not the USA, which again makes it about the same as all the other, less expensive options. I wouldn't pay twice as much for clothesline that is 1/32 inch thicker, but I would for a clothesline that was high quality. Sadly, this one disappoints here, too. This length of rope I received had several inch-long sections unraveling (see my attached photo). Don't bother with this brand. Pick the 'Amazon's Choice' or similar made-in-China brand-name-you've-never-heard-of-before, I expect it will be no worse quality than this and you can get it for half the cost of this one. P.S. a note for Amazon: I REALLY wanted to return this item as it was falsely advertised and had defects, but your policy of requiring me to again buy $25 of merchandise in order to avoid paying shipping charges that equal the cost of the replacement item I'd purchase makes me grudgingly keep this one item; however, each time this happens (and it's happened so much more frequently in the last three years than it ever did before) makes me yet more hesitant to buy from Amazon in the future when I have any other similar choice.

Works great for me
After trying and having no luck with the plastic or wire with the plastic coating for our clothes line I gave this a try. Just what I need. No more finding the clothes and clothes line lying on the ground. Works great with the tension puller also.

Sturdy with perfect thickness for a clothesline
In the summer we eschew clothes dryers for the clothesline. We needed a new one, but could only find nylon ones at Lowe's or Home Depot. Discovered this on Amz - it looked like a good choice and it was. Thank you T.W Evans Cordage, really happy with your product!!

Manufacturing flaws make this hard to use for basket making
The media could not be loaded. I bought rope to make rope baskets, but discovered manufacturing flaws that were unsightly when made into basket. Also, the different packs were different “whites”, so I had to be careful to match up those that looked the same. I have one two-toned basket as a result. Value for money drops when I have to stop and cut out the unsightly rope fill center that oozed out of the rope.
