Taking this down and getting it into the bag is tricky
It took me 20 min to assemble the first time and five minutes by myself ( 5’3”) 6 person tent. That was in a controlled environment. It took two of us 7 min in hot humid weather with wind gusts. I think you have to be careful with the zippers not to zip up the extra material and get the zip stuck but with care it should be fine. We camped in 95 degree humid weather and did not find it too hot to sleep in. Actually I think the black out kept it cooler. We did not have wind or rain to try. Only for car camping. Too heavy for backpacking. The bag says it can fit two queen size air beds. We had a queen 4” self inflating mattress and there was a ton of room. Can’t imagine 6 in there, but I like my space. There is a trick to putting on the top part. You have to figure out which side goes over the entrance. It will say Coleman on the sides and the front has a very hard to find sleeve that the poles go through. I’m going to highlight with a sharpie where it is. Taking it down is easy until you try and get it in the bag. I have never had difficulty getting a tent in the bag before. This one took an hour and a half in a controlled environment. The problem is that the poles are attached at two corners and the bag is the exact length of the poles. So when you are folding it, if it gets longer than the poles it’s not going to fit. In a windy, hot setting this is not fun. I ordered a larger duffle to put it in, plus I purchased 12” pegs for sand, which worked beautifully, and I want to keep them in the bag as well. Thank you to the other reviewer who explained the weird 18” square netting, lol.

Space and one person set up possible
So I went from tiny cramped living to more space than I could ever need. I personally don’t like using rain flies on tents because I seemingly feel claustrophobic and someone can be walking far away from you and it sounds like their next to your tent. I don’t feel like that in this tent and the dark out is great. I wish there were two doors or a second window for daylight use because you’ll need a lamp of some sort. It also wouldn’t be a horrible idea to have some kind of fan as the one door doesn’t ventilate so well and can get stuffy. I can’t speak of the steaks as I just go buy the curved steels ones from Walmart. I don’t know about wind haven’t actually had any when I’ve been nor do I know about rain. Not camping to be soggy… I can’t wait for the snow to melt and another season to start. Life constantly camping this tent is a one person home and has definitely improved my quality of life on my travels.

Great Tent!
This would absolutely be a five star tent for me if not for the absolute RAGE that the zipper design sends me into whenever I go to open the dang thing- it gets caught EVERY. TIME. if you don’t remember to hold that little flap aside, which is impossible to do from the inside. Aside from that though, after a few trips with it under my belt I’m pretty happy. It stays dark and cool, waking up in the morning can be a little disorienting when you open up the screen window because it’s so dark, but that’s part of the appeal for me. I can fit a queen size Coleman mattress/cot with PLENTY of room to spare. Fairly easy to set up, I can do it solo in about 15 minutes. I upgraded from the Coleman Skydome 4 person because I wanted to be able to stand up in the tent instead of that awkward half-crouch, and this does the job perfectly. Whoever designed the zipper, I hate you.

Good tent
The dark room technology works well and allowed me to sleep in after sunrise, and I wasn't baking in the tent. Most other tents get hot inside really quickly when the sun comes up. It also added some privacy at night. You can't see shadows inside the tent when a light is on. (It also looks good in my opinion.) I was a little surprised that the tent didn't have a port for an electric cord. I had to run it through the front door zipper. Not a huge inconvenience, but most tents have one nowadays. The poles were attached to the tent on one side, which was not what I was expecting from the description. I'm not really sure how this is supposed to speed up tent assembly, unless it's to help people who can't figure out how to set up a rectangular tent with 2 poles? It made the initial part of setup slightly more awkward for me. It wouldn't be a problem with 2 people. Also, this requires rolling the poles up inside the tent roll, something that I don't usually do, because I put my body weight on the tent when I'm rolling it to force the excess air out, and I don't want to crack or break the poles. I didn't have the tent in the rain, because I was in New England and I chickened out and went to a hotel when the forecast called for the remains of hurricane Ida to pass through the area. (In retrospect, chickening out was a good idea. The weather was brutal.) Overall, dark room technology is a great idea that works very well. The tent needs a port for electric wires, and attaching the poles on one corner of the tent wasn't really helpful. I like the tent. ???? Coleman.

I went to Margan top and installed the tent in 10 minutes. The only caveat I could find is the pegs are not that sturdy as should have been.

For $270 Canadian this tent is a great buy
The media could not be loaded. I set the tent up to my backyard the day it arrived I did not stake it down I did not use the ropes on the fly out of nowhere it started pissing rain the water beaded it off completely and after 30 minutes of torrential downpour there was not a drop of water inside if I had properly states down the tent and tied off everything properly I could definitely see this tent with standing some pretty Highwinds and a lot of rain in the daylight it was still nice and dark inside the tent the black out feature is awesome I think you could fit two queen size air mattresses in it but not have much room for anything else

I paid for a new one but...
And so I just received the box but apparently it looks like I have been sent a returned item because there is no inside box that protects and holds the tent itself inside the black coleman carrying bag.

Read other reviews with a grain of salt
Edit: Amazon customer support is out of this world, paid for a brand new tent. i'll be a happy camper:) The product is way smaller than some photos and reviews lead you to believe. You cannot stand up in this nor can you sit up and look out the front like the other photo! It may fit 4 people but not "generously" at all. We fit one queen size air mattress snug with just enough room for 2 peoples clothes. AND after waiting over a month past expected delivery it came with a small hole in the roof. Thankfully one bandaid did the trick for the night but what a potential-nightmare. The new nightmare is Amazon is referring customer support to a broken Colemancanada website where they forgot to pay their Amazon web service bill lol! I'm not salty. It's just a tent but it almost can't count for that. PS. remember a lamp to put in the roof pouch (and watch your head) cause inside is spooky dark + extra batteries, lamp even in the day

Great design but poor quality
The layout of this tent: the height, ease of assembly and the dark technology are really great features. However, the build is absolutely poor. The first tent I bought/received had the main pole line/cord broken out of the box. I re-ordered the same one and was hopeful that material was just pour with the one I bought however, the other tent had pinholes in the rain cover and the material tore away when lightly attaching the electric rain cover lines to the steaks. If Coleman had this same tent with a better quality I would buy it again and pay more. The size was perfect for our family of four and the set up was a snap. I’d only buy this if you need a throwaway tent for a few trips.
