Great buy for this price!

I recently purchased this teapot and I am extremely impressed with its exceptional quality and design. The heat-resistant borosilicate glass with durable protective holder and comfortable grip handle make for a sturdy and durable product. The high-quality glass allows for crystal clear viewing, which makes it easy to brew to your desired strength. The premium filtration system with a fine mesh stainless steel filter is perfect for loose leaf teas, keeping sediment out of your cup while developing full flavor brews. The filter is also removable to accommodate blooming or flowering teas. Safety is a top priority with this teapot as it features a drip-free pour spout for safe and easy pouring. The non-slip silicone base prevents accidental slips, making it perfect for daily use. Excellent for brewing loose leaf tea...remember it is NOT a kettle

This is a great little tea pot for brewing loose leaf tea. Just remember this is not meant to be directly on stove top. It is plastic and glass. One helpful hint whenever dealing with glass containers...avoid temperature extremes. If glass is cool or cold ( like on a very chilly morning when the heat isn't on in the house yet), run some warm water into it to warm it up before pouring very hot water in from kettle. Let it cool down completely before cleaning. Sudden temperature extremes are what could cause cracks or breakage.

Decent puchase, but better gift.

2 things to be aware of. First, the teapot and mugs are both smaller than you'd expect. It's still a good set for what it is, just keep that in mind. Second, the "teapot" is a steeping pot. It isn't a kettle, it looks like applying direct heat to it anywhere is a bad idea. Keeping those 2 things in mind, it's not bad.

Thin glass but good product!

All 4 cups are made of very thin glass. The tea pot is also made of thin glass. If you are carful you will love this product. I haven't broken any of mine, but I know it wouldn't be hard to break. I am very careful with them in fear of it breaking. I can tell if it fell 2 inches it would shatter. If you're careful like me; its perfect!

good first tea pot cups a little small for my liking and the loose tea filter did not really work and should come with a cleaner to help clean it better other than that it is a good product

Got my tea set today, but no mesh tea strainer. Update!

I like this tea set, I bought it to replace a previous set that I had, but am noticing some differences, some good, some not. This new set arrived without the steel mesh strainer basket, which is supposed to be included. The cups in this new set are larger, so Yay! The screw fixing the pot handle to the teapot is exposed, my old set was covered, and the base of the teapot is exposed, where my old set had the bottom covered by the black plastic base. All in all, not that big of a deal, it's still 100% usable but the missing mesh tea basket really bugs me. I've reached out to the company to see if they can send me one, but have not heard anything back from them yet. I will update my review to 5 stars if they can send me one. Here's hoping... Update: after contacting the company, they sent me the missing mesh tea strainer! Yay!!! Thanks guys!!!

Mostly nice, but one silly design flaw

Physically good quality, although the screw that holds the handle in place is already rusting after less than a month. But it does its job. However the infuser compartment, which is meant to be removed when you're done steeping, is metal, with no handle with which to grab it, and you're meant to do exactly that after your tea has steeped. This means it's VERY hot, and will burn your hand if you're not very careful, or pry it with a spoon. Poorly-considered design. Needs a plastic handle or some other method to extract it easily.

Super cute

This tea pot is adorable. When you’re looking for something both modern and kind of unique looking, it’s perfect. I like the size. I get 3-4 cups per pot depending on the size of the cup. The teapot itself is easy to clean but the infuser can be a pain if you’re using loose leaf, but I assume that’s normal for any infuser. It also stays warm until I’m on my last cup. Then I just warm it after. I’ve heard teapot cozies help with this? But then I wouldn’t get to enjoy how cute the teapot is Overall, I’m happy with this teapot.

Good looking but not sturdy

It is cute. However, it is fragile. Manipulate it with care when you wash it. It is good for occasional tea making, but I do not recommend it for daily use. The mesh is fragile. The glass bol is a bit shaky in its black container.
