Good Enough

My almost 4 month old likes it. When he first learned to roll, he wouldn't without it. It's not a great mirror, and it was really hard to get the protective film off. I know it can't be glass, but I feel like there has to be something safe that won't be so distorted? I did see a better deal after I got it, even with my registry discount, but I don't know the quality of the other one. It's okay for what it is.

No complaints

Bought this for my nephew for Christmas. He was about 6 weeks old at the time. No complaints from him. He didn't throw things or demand a refund, to my knowledge so I guess that means we are good.

Great for baby

Great for baby. Unfortunately it does tip over easily and I’m constantly having to sit it up again. The film was kind of hard to remove, but once I got it off mirror was nice and clear.

Highly recommend!

I highly recommend! I was looking for a mirror for my LO (so he can look at himself, to play with during tummy time, to use as an “incentive” to motivate him to crawl, and so on) and my biggest concern was finding one that I wouldn’t have to worry about him hurting himself on/with, and this was perfect! PROS The “frame” (front) and back is padded but sturdy so it can be laid on the ground, the baby can hold it in their hands, or you can stand it up and it’ll stay. It is covered with that plastic-like fabric so it is soft, safe, and sooo easy to clean. The 2 creatures on the front are great for the sensory exploration - the bee is soft/padded and the wings are silky, and the ladybug is a plastic b&w rattle ball that spins and has wings that “crinkle” or make the crunching sound. The reflection in the mirror is clear and the surface doesn’t show any signs of fading/fogging or scuff marks CONS So I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons. 1 I know this is not an actual mirror so the reflection won’t be perfect, but it is a TINY bit warped...like, no where near “funhouse mirror” level, but it does make the person look a tiny bit misshapen. It arrived this way and has not worsened or become more exaggerated over time or with the play/use. Idk if they are all like this, but it was super subtle and harmless that I didn’t see a reason to return or replace, but I just wanted to make sure to give a heads up. 2 the construction of the mirror that allows it be used as both a lap mirror and freestanding mirror is a the plastic-like fabric that connects the front and back pieces in a tent-like manner. There’s a Velcro strip connecting the excess fabric (used for the tent) when you flatten it (for a lap mirror) to keep it from opening, and it does it’s job...but, there is nothing or no way of keeping it opened/standing up. Like my baby would go to touch the bee/ladybug and it would fall over immediately which flattens it so the Velcro sticks immediately and it’s back to being a lap mirror. OVERALL Highly recommend! My LO absolutely loves it and still plays with it all the time. And, watching him as he looks at the mirror and interacts with his own reflection is honestly one of the cutest and sweetest things I’ve ever seen. Get this!

Scratched easy

I like this mirror for tummy time it doesn’t stay up as well as I was expecting it to. The mirror itself scratches pretty easy with minimal use. Those two things didn’t stop us from using this for months with both of our children

Exactly what it is

My child loves looking at themselves and this works pretty perfectly. The mirror is plastic so it's mostly warped but my child doesn't care. They love the bee and ladybug and the leaves but I kinda wish they came off.

Yes but…

My 5 month old loves this. He smiles at himself and enjoys reaching for the toys on it specially the crinkle sound the butterfly wings make. We use this often and it keeps his attention for a decent amount of time during tummy time. I will say the reflection is a bit unclear and the item doesn’t retain its stance and easily falls over, I have to constantly reposition it or lay it against something for stability.

Cute, but doesn’t stay up really well

This is really cute, and my baby loves looking at himself during tummy time, but it does fall over quite a bit. When he reaches to play with the toys on the front it always falls down. I wish it was a bit sturdier.

Cute but disappointing!

This is super cute! However, it is not sturdy enough to stay standing up, the edges are foam, not heavy enough to stand up. Also the protective plastic that was on the mirror part I took off when I got it and the plastic was all stuck in the edges, as shown in photo and it would not come out. I used tweezers to pull it out and the mirror is now scratched around the edges because of that. But otherwise I would not have been able to give it to my baby with the plastic around the edges. Would not repurchase as cute as it is.

It's okay for a baby mirror

Overall I like this mirror. My little one likes to pull it over and because it's soft all around I dont have to worry about her getting hurt. A few dislikes, it doesn't stand up well if it's on a blanket or towel or even her play mat. It has to really be on the hardwood floor or carpet. My main issue is that it scratches really easily. My likes...it's affordable and gets the job done. The mirror you can actually see a clean reflection in unlike other baby mirrors. Would I buy it again? Maybe.

So-so

Quality is good and baby enjoys it. However, the design needs improvement. Because the base is collapsible the mirror falls over the moment baby touches it. A more rigid design would have been much better.

Really cute mirror!

This is an excellent little mirror, but they should tell you that you need unclip the edges of the frame, in order to peel the plastic cover off the glass.

Worked great to help with tummy time!

This mirror helped so much with tummy time! Provided a distraction for my daughter & she loves looking at herself. The mirror is plastic so it’s slightly distorted image. Tips over fairly easy, but it’s lightweight so your baby doesn’t get hurt it if tips towards them
