Helped my putting
Wanted a device to help practice my putting cause my aim has been a little off. This item does the trick. It is fine at home on the rug or on a practice putting green. It is great as a standalone device at outings when the practice green is crowded. It also breaks a part and can be used by 2 golfers or it can be placed in the hole to help direction. I like it and recommend it. Especially if you are over 70 like me!

Good short putt practice - Made in China
The opening of 2.75 inches is smaller than the actual cup diameter of 4.25 inches. If it goes in here it is probably in on the course, without a lip out. This is good to focus on accuracy for short putts, especially within 4 feet. I’m using on a mat inside, but the two piece design let’s you use it on a real golf hole if desired. Might be a good warm-up drill before a round. Can hold up to 3 balls and is slanted so it is easy to drag the balls out with the putter. Heavy enough not to move on the mat. Made in China.

Putter Path is the most important part of putting stroke
After looking at several putting devices, I decided to get this item instead. And I am glad I did. You REALLY have to focus, even on the indoor straight putt, to make sure it goes into the compound. If it doesn't, it is either i).the putting map has some tiny variations that changes the path, or ii). your putting stroke is not on the right path. On the course before any round, I can also place it on the grass and check my putting strokes for the day. I found this tool to be very handy , cheap, but provides a great result before every round.

Will improve your short game!
My golf game sucks. I started playing two years ago at 49. I’m never going to hit long off the tee. I can barely get it down the fairway. I recently red the Little Red Book and decided my best shot at a decent game was to improve my short game. I ordered this to practice at home and it has totally helped! My husband and golf friends (and golf strangers even) have totally noticed. It’s low tech and perfect. I can tuck it out of the way in a corner and bring it out to practice a little on the rug while I watch tv.

Great option for indoor putting mats
The item is heavy enough to stay in place for most putting exercises. The narrow mouth is not too tight but small enough to test you at any distance.

Great practice tool
The cup is heavy enough not to move when the ball hits it, and the opening is small enough to encourage more accurate practice that result in better putting on the greens next spring. Aim small, sink small.

Just what I needed
This is exactly what I was looking for to practice putting in my small apartment. It's a super simple design, but does the job. I had recently discovered that I had a drink coaster that was the diameter of a golf hole, but there was no way to keep the balls from going all over the place. This stops the balls, and you can hit 3-4 in there at a time. Even when you miss, the edges will stop the ball near the device. The weight is also nice in keeping it from sliding around. Perfect for very small spaces!
