Omg yes, get this

If you have hard floors buy this. Don’t bother with other steam mops. I have a whole house of hardwood and tile floors, 2 dogs, and two parrots. Between the dog paw prints and parrot poop, I clean a lot. This thing will take off even the most stuck bird poop off of hardwood floors (ew, gross, I know) and with no effort from me. The scrubbing pads actually do remove any kind of dirt or mess from your floors, leaving the floor so clean, with no “product” feel on your bare feet. I purchased extra pads because you do need to wash them after pretty much every heavy use, but they’re easy to put on and take off. I would give this thing 100 stars if I could. I wish I had purchased it sooner. I’m writing this review after significant use of the product and so far I have no complaints. Even the length of the cord is awesome. I’ve used plenty of other steam mops (I still have my my other shark with the flat head!) and from my perspective there is no equal.

Excellent steam mop!

I have tried a number of steam mops over the years, but this is the best steam mop ever. I have hardwood and marble floors. This steam mop cleans both wonderfully. I usually use Bono on my hardwood floors, so I just add a bit to the water tank before mopping. With the rotating heads it basically propels itself, but it's easy to pull back toward yourself. I used to have to hand clean certain areas. Not so with this mop. It cleans very well, and leaves absolutely no streaks. It comes with two mop pads. Due to the large area I need to clean, I bought several more packs. They click on with magnets, so very easy to use. Then I just pop them in the washer and hang to dry. I can now clean my floors in about one-third of the time compared to other mops I have used. This steam mop is well worth the money. This product deserves 50 stars.

Best spin mop I've had

I am totally about being able to mop floors easily. I have had 3 Bissell SpinWave machines. One was cordless and the spinner broke, the second cordless still works but has limited power, and the third one is corded and works better. When I thought the corded machine, too, was broken, I ordered this Shark. I love it. It uses only water so I don't have to buy the expensive Bissell cleaner or mix it up in the tank. It steams up quickly and doesn't leave much water on the floor so it dries almost before I'm done. It spins faster than the Bissell making cleaning the kitchen floor very fast. Since it uses only water, it doesn't leave the scent of cleaner. And, it is lighter weight than the other machines.

So much better than a regular mop!

With living in the country with two kids and a dog, this is a huge time saver for keeping our tile clean. Easy to use, works great.

cleans wood & tile floors

It's important to vacuum well before using the steam cleaner. Very quiet. It only makes steam when the pads are spinning, but only takes about a minute to get steaming. When you start, push it back & forth in place until you see dampness from the steam. Keep the water tank full. Change pads often or you will only be spreading the dirt around. If you like it, get a bunch of off-brand extra pads. Plan on making a second run to get floors really clean. You will be surprised at how dirty floors still are afer vacuuming. The limp wrist handle makes it hard to steer, but adds maneuverability. Its low profile lets it fit under furniture. After you're done, don't park it on wood floors because it will drip. Less of a mess than my Hoover spray/scrub/vacuum squeege.

Outstanding scrubber

One of my best purchases in quite awhile. Steams and cleans our old worn out tile floors better than I expected. No residue left because you’re using water to clean with. Purchased the scented water which is nice going forward I’ll use filtered water with essential oil added. Great purchase!

Easy to use works great

This machine is light weight and much easier to use than a mop. It cleaned my floor great and left no streaks. I have porcelain wood look tile. I would recommend this machine

Unsuitable for sale in the UK

The product came fitted with a US mains plug, which does not work in the UK even with an adaptor. In order to return the item I had to disassemble the handle, to repack it, which is incredibly difficult. Amazon were very unhelpful when I explained the situation. The product looks as though it would have been good if I could have used it - I was very disappointed, by this experience.

shark is one amazing products going!. but I was so disappointed to receive the shark ninja steam mop, with a 2 pin plug attached. There was not uk plug on it so I could not use it, hence why I am returning the product. I ATTACHED THE HANDLE BEFORE I SEE THE 2 PIN PLUG, SO I COULD NOT DISMANTLE THE THE HANDLE. SO IT IS WRAPPED UP WITH TWO BOXES IN ON BLENDED TOGETHER, SO ITS A EXTRAA LONG BOX. KIND REGARDS MICHELLE

Waste of money

Dislike stopped working after 2 months used on average 3 times a week was good but nothing now. Not sure how to get a refund will only buy from manufacturers from now on
