Love mine I have 2

I love mine! I am a ground hunter and I love the ability to be able to go places w out a legged chair. Just strap it to a tree. Only thing is I use my own Ratchet strap to strap it to the tree. It’s comfortable cause u can adjust it to the height on the tree that u feel comfortable in. I use it for Deer and Turkey season

Needs improvement, and parts didn’t fit, required bracing.

I used this seat every day of the nine day deer season for at least 6 hours per day. Two days I was in it over 9 hours. First, this seat came with bolt/nut sizes that differed from the accompanying instructions. Both the length of the bolts and the diameters were larger than the instructions, which was strange. Kind of weird but whatever. The instructions also negated the necessary step of affixing and bolting the cross bar under the seat webbing with four bolts. This step proved difficult because the crossbar was actually too large to fit by a couple millimeters. I had to use a BFH to get it in place and in doing so scratched the frame underneath. No the end of the world but not what you expect from a new, “quality” product. It is clear the manufacturing process has some issues. Once assembled, the seat was too loose when using the included strap to hold it to the tree without moving when I sit in it. Any slight movement and it would move as well, and I would have to tighten it. It also made noise when moving which is a problem hunting. I ended up using a ratchet strap over it a little higher than the included strap to keep it tight. The seat adjustment bolt tended to loosen on its own after sitting a couple hours. But it was useful being able to slightly raise/lower the pitch of the seat. The seat was honestly bigger than it needed to be, and it would be nice if it had a strap or wire or something to hold it upright when not sitting. I left it on the same tree when not using it, and strapping it up kept snow and stuff from getting on it. I wasn’t planning on reviewing this and left the seat up at the hunting cabin or I would include photos. I would rate it higher if it wasn’t a pain to put together, had the labeled sizes for nuts and bolts, had the right sizes crossbar, and didn’t require an I included ratchet strap to stay tight. It could really use these improvements, and I would certainly not purchase again without them.

Not a good platform

Even though it specifically said it’s not for elevated heights, I tried it as a platform for saddle hunting. Yea, don’t do that. If that’s what you were planning, don’t do it man.

needs support

First one came bent/bad weld. Unable to assemble, replacement came next day and powder coating was scratched and looked really rough, almost like it was used then returned. But , it was functional. It is not stable one the tree, needs some kind of stabilizing support feature.

This is great!

This is very comfortable and sturdy to use. Attatches easily to tree, I use a ratchet strap plus the strap that comes with it. The only complaint I have is the directions leave alot to be desired, but it is fairly simple, put it together in under 10 minutes. Full 5 star, fast shipping, great quality.
