There Is No Perfect Tool Kit
Still, I carry this along with a Topeak Unisex's Omni Toolcard, a tube and CO2 cylinder and feel reasonably confident I can deal with most emergencies.

I normally don't write such long reviews but this...this is one great product!
The exterior size (without mount) is approx 2x3 3/4x1 3/4 inches. Metal latch on box is designed to simply hold the box from accidentally opening. The real lock is on a push button that the metal latch closes on. Without pushing this button, even with metal latch opened, the box will NOT open. About the tools...I bought whole set for 20 bucks. That's almost the price of a Park Tool compact chain breaker. I only need the chain breaker but when this came, it replaced ALL of my go to tools I carry on the road and trail. The Allen wrenches and torx tips are coated which is great and gives enough leverage. Tire levers are light yet strong enough to take off my 26x2.10 tires. Not sure about strength on wrenches but doubt I would use them. Comes with glueless patch kit and sandpaper which is a plus. What I really like is the removable compartment for chain pins and links. It clasps them in place and holds it securely. The chain breaker tool was much better than expected. Using it as a mini hammer I don't about, but breaking and replacing 5 chains when I got it was enough to get my vote. Single speed chains, 8 spd and 9 spd. You use the #5 Allen key as a turn handle. Also has a chain holder which is ultra handy when connecting your chains. The box itself seems sturdy enough for rough rides. It even had extra room for my presta to shrader adapter. You do have to put everything back EXACTLY the way it was, however a little diagram on back of box will make that step a breeze. The mount is pretty good too. I have only 2 options for my bike, handle bar or seat post. Surprisingly, this thing mounts to my 31.6mm Thomson Elite! It has 2 plastic expandable collars that holds to anything round and an adjustable Velcro strap in the middle. Please note I think if you mount this to a wider diameter seat post it will eventually stretch these 2 collars, making it difficult to mount to anything thinner later. With the Velcro in place, I wouldn't worry even if the 1 of the collars break. It'll still hold. Lastly the quickclick attaching box to mount. Honestly, even if you tried to take it out without mounting it on, it would take a little bit of wiggle. It's NOT DIFFICULT at all, and I don't believe there's any way for this box to fly" out of its mount. You seriously have to be bouncing on some hard rocks at which point I think you'll loose your suspension before losing this puppy. Overall it's very well thought out in terms of design and functionally. Durability I will update later but only if there's an issue. Thanks for reading my 2 cents and happy riding!

Nice little tool set!
Nice tool set! I dropped the box, and it didn’t break, so durable. Latch seems like it might be the weakness, so I wrapped a Niteize twist tie around it for extra security. Cheap and easy fix. The tools are small, but look like great quality. Easy to install, and would also fit easily into a small bag.

Just the right size with the right tools to get you home from the trail...
Great little kit with all the essentials you need on the trail. Let's face it, unless you are going to ride with a workshop toolkit on your back, you are never going to be able to rebuild your bike on the trail against anything that hit it and carry on riding for another 50 miles to the end, but without a doubt this has enough tools to access all the things that might break, snap or need reseting.... enough to get you at least going enough to limp home or off the trail to safety. This is a really small little kit that drops into my camelback pocket (or has a great optional mount to clip it onto the frame) and gives the piece of mind that all the typical punctures or adjustments you face can be dealt with there and then, all in one compact kit. Yes you could buy bigger more useable version of these tools for your workshop, but you wouldn't want to cart them all around with you in a backpack. This kit meets the convenience vs usability position. Expect it to get you out of difficulty, don't expect to strip and rebuild your bike with it.

3 Year Review - Great Tools!
These may be small and space saving, but they're real tools. I have several Swiss Army knife style bike multi tools, none compare to this set. The best aspect of this set is that the tools are individual and can be used like any tool in your garage at home. The set has tools most others don't, from tire levers, to 4 spoke wrenches, to disc brake pad spacer. There's even a place to store a spare master link for chain repair. And speaking of chains, the chain breaker alone is worth $15. Tough tools, decent price. I would purchase this set again.

I really like having individual tools rather than the "pocketknife" style of most multi-tools. It comes with a bracket that mounts to your bike and the box slides easily on and off the bracket. It's nice not having to take my hydration pack off to get to my tools. My greatest complaint is the the L-shaped allen wrenches have different sizes at each end, so you don't get much leverage from the size that is on the long side. with a little creativity, you can use some of the other tools to add torque.

Great but has it's limitations.
I needed a pocket sized trail tool kit and this great little kit was perfect. I had to knock it down a star because the allen wrench lid is not very tough. Within a few uses the plastic retainers broke and now closing the case is tricky. It does come with a bracket to attach it to the frame via the water bottle holder, however i never used it so i can't attest to how well it secures the kit. Chain pin tool has worked great and the allen wrenches fit most sizes of MTB and road fasteners you may encounter.

Item is very well made and has all the tools i need. I've had the previous version from 15 years ago until i lost it! so i had to order the same thing since it works that great i was able to entirely tune up my bike at home with all these tools and what's best with it being loose tools they arent clunky like those fold up tools and easier to work with at home if you are tuning up the bike from truing to tightening up your bolts and tuning your derailleurs. I've changed many tires and unlinked many chains with this so the tools are not cheap soft metal.

Good kit
Great collection of emergency tools but casing could be a little tougher. That said, I have two and they have got me up and running after punctures and a snapped chain

Great kit but could be even better!
What a superb piece of kit, really high quality tools in a small and lightweight box. Everything needed for roadside repair. Would have been five stars if fitting it to the bike frame with the included bracket was realistic. The box isn't waterproof so needs to be kept in a saddlebag to keep the contents from rusting.

A compact, well thought out tool kit.
I carry one of these on both my road and mountain bikes along with a Ratchet Rocket, covers all the bases in a neat little package. Secures well to the bike and the tools are easy to use. The only down side is that the Hex heads are different sizes at each end, so you have less leverage on some sizes, but that's why I carry the Ratchet Rocket as well. Recommended.

Decent quality
A pretty well made I tool kit with a great selection of tools. Great as an emergency kit to keep in the car, or light enough to throw in a bag. Does come with a kit to fix it to your frame.
